We got a confirmation call yesterday. The lady on the phone confirmed that the vaccination apt will be today at this centre. We got our 2 month old baby ready for the apt, got an Uber and came here in this cold weather. When we reached here we found out that the centre has been closed for a week due to flooding.

It’s insane how they didn’t send us an email or called us to let us know that the apt was cancelled due to flooding. Instead… we got a confirmation call a day before the apt to confirm that we will be coming in for the routine vaccination.

Wasted our time and energy coming here with a new born. At a stage and in the weather where it is so difficult to leave the house.

Stuffs are very rude. My sun had vaccine when I arrived it was 5/7 minutes and that the front desk stuff accepted but the nurse Ms.Tiru was yelling. She was very rush. My sun is only 4 years. Me and wife was managing our sun but she was saying if he not gonna ok then to take another appointment even it wasn’t a minuets though. After poke the vaccine she was saying you can go now right a way. I was wearing his shirt but she wasn’t time for that even not single smile was her face for my son. She said 5 time to go out within a minute. When I asked her why are you so rude without replying she left from the room.

Unpleasant staff members, they can’t event communicate to each other professionally 😔arrived few minutes late for my child’s vaccine appointment, they rushed to cancel my appointment and rebooked me for two weeks out. The nurse was just sitting there doing nothing. Avoid this location when you can!

Today i had my twin babies appointment for vaccination, the staff dont want to do their job, lazy, not very accomodative , rude staff, bc nurse has to go for lunch, force us to reschedule our appointment after two weeks, reason because we were little late. Try to avoid this location, you will meet Kiran at check in. AHS manahement needs to review this location and staff attitude toward clients

I found this place very nice and helpful. I wanted to get my son's vaccination updated. And it was a breeze. They were kind and did it quickly !

Nice and clean location.
Nurses are helpful. Appointments are recommended and don't be late for more then 10 minutes as most likely they will reschedule you.place is clean and have small paly area for kids.Customer service at front can be improved as some time all of the front desk staff is on phones and people are waiting.

Very Rude staff.
My son is teething, so I could bot say no to the question of snot, as my 18mth child chews and drools at the front desk.
Yep I known that C thing is around it can be asymptomatic. My kid is teething.
We cancelled our last appointment cause it wasn't just snot. Cough sneeze etc.
So the nurse comes out to speak with me. I do not need a lecture at this point! Reschedule me and send me away.
The nurse wound me up so much, by not providing me with information to reschedule. Instead I got a CoVid Lecture! She kept me there, wasted both our tine and upset a stressed mom. It is not needed midst a pandemic.
I wil not be going back here wiith health concerns _ 0 compasion.

My kid had an appt. today booked around two weeks ago. Today, they refused to vaccinate him because he had coxsackie virus over two weeks ago, kind of strange because when booking, I did mention it and it seemed of no concern. Anyway, they wanted him re-booked, but they were not able to re-book him due to inefficiency with their own system. On top of that, I had to deal with their bad mood. My best advice is to get your vaccine anywhere else.
