Do not go here. The front desk doesn't know what they're doing, they don't inform people when they can't help you even though you told them what your issue is when you walked in AND YOUVE BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR. Inside is dirty and looks like a front. It drives me crazy when I see several people picking their thumbs when there's lots of people waiting
First and last time walking in this door.

Dr. Atala is the best Doctor for me. He really know to diagnose and cure you, He show me He is concerned and take His time. Also Nina is the best. She will help you, know what to do even taking blood sample. I really recommended them, I wish lots of Dr. And secretary's are like them, but I doubt it. Highly recommended. Just want to say a quick thank you to Dr. Nemia who has been the doctor for me, my husband, and a colleague I recommended, for a year now. She is comfortable to communicate with and I trust her with our health needs. I also appreciate the staff for being helpful in setting our appointments and other needs. Well appreciated!

I am a patient at this clininc and have called numerous times and have also left messages for a call back. Till this day no one has responded to my messages or calls. I went to see the doctor at this clinic regarding my nails and he totally dismissed helping me out, he said he would refer me to a dermatologist, which I had to call the office many times because they hadn’t sent the referral in over a month. To this day I haven’t heard from them and this is why I am leaving this review. You don’t treat people especially your patients like this.
The receptionist at the front don’t know what they are doing, most of the time they put you on hold and don’t get back to you. I even explained to them that I had been waiting for the referral to be sent because no one had called me from the dermatologists office.
Truly disappointed, this has never happened to me before. Especially being a new patient. You hope to find a good doctor who is going to listen and actually help you not just swipe your Ohip like you’re just another number!

Dr. Seegobin, Dr. Atallah and the medical team at VIP Medical Centres/VIP Medspa are all as knowledgable as they are supportive as they are accomodating. Their administrative assistants and Medical Nurse Practioner’s (Nina/Rosa) collectively provide the professionalism necessary to address the needs of their patients during our times of need and discomfort.
I’m thankful for not only their kindness but also the care and treatment plans they habe provided and continue to provide to my family and I at both their Georgetown and Vaughn offices. I’m very appreciative.

This clinic is so amazing! All the doctors and staff are super friendly and patient. Every time I visit, I never feel rushed and I feel well cared for. I strongly recommend here, as they have family doctors, always ensure you get the help you need, and have very good service. It is very rare these days to find a doctor that truthfully cares about your health and well being. I strongly recommend VIP for my friends and family, and anyone looking for a family doctor

I do not recommend coming to this clinic because they have zero service and no matter what day or what time you make a reservation, you will still have to wait at least 2 hours.
