Excellent service on all fronts. The Dr. was attentive and kind. The supporting staff was also top-drawer. I broke my frames less than a year after buying them (my fault) and they fit my old lenses into new frames rather than trying to upsell me for a whole new set. And their prices are among the best in town! Big fan of these folks 😊

Shandie is one of the kindest people to deal with. She went above and beyond to make me happy. The optometrist (man) is amazing and found the problem after being tested by 2 other optometrist and not being happy.

Today I had the most fortunate experience to attend Visionmasters with my three granddaughters aged four and three years old. It was an amazing experience for my granddaughter's and I was very impressed by Dr Karemvir Sidhu. He was kind, gentle and fun with the girls, they had such a good time. He was focused on each child as it was their turn to make it a wonderful experience. All of the staff was very warm, welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend that you take your children there for their eye care and I recommend that all adults go there as well. The quality of care at Visionmasters is beyond excellent!

The entire team at Visionmasters in Camrose are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Have been going here since I was younger & just got a full eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Kuldip has always helped me pick out my glasses, as she is honest with what fits best! The range of selection of glasses never disappoints! Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new optometrist or looking to switch it up!

Everyone here is thorough, kind, and friendly. The Doctors explain everything in a way I can understand. They have a huge selection of glasses, and were very helpful in finding the right ones for me. I will recommend them to anybody, and already have.
