I ordered a new heating pad, we loved the old one. When opening we ripped the box slightly. We didn't like the new one we ordered as you have to HOLD down the button to keep the heating pad on the whole time its in use, even though the box says it has a 25 minute timer. Terrible design who would want to hold down a button the entire time you're using the heating pad.

The company would not take back the one we didn't like as the box was ripped.

Be careful before ordering and unpacking if purchasing from this company.

Ordered creams over the holidays as they said they opened up Jan 2nd..... item shipped Jan 7th..... I am sorry but that is unacceptable, when you quote" do our best to ship all orders by NEXT business day" that would be Jan 2nd or 3rd, not Jan 7th. Now if they expedited the shipping because they did not get to shipped for 4 business days that would be fine, but it is arriving Jan 13th... 2 weeks after the order. So my item will sit on my porch for the next 5 weeks while I am away travelling for work and I will not be returning my business here.

I had a issue with a package today. The shipping company delivering it, did not notify me about it being ready to get picked up until yesterday, though it had apparently been there for awhile. Wendy called me today because she was worried that I hadn't received it and gave me all the information about where it to get. It was very sweet of her and I appreciated her concern. Thank you Wendy!

I bought two Thermophore Professional Moist Heat Pads for my massage therapy clinic in Vancouver BC. They're really great, our clients love them, nice weight/heft to them. Fast shipping product as described. I wish they stayed on longer than 25mins, but that's feedback for brand.

I digress....My review is not for the heat pads. It's for Maria, their customer service representative. It has been an ABSOLUTE dream dealing with her when one of the pads stopped working, within the warranty period. I inquired if it was Vitality who I'd request a warranty claim from, and Maria was my point of contact from start to finish. She was so thorough, thoughtful and efficient with her correspondence! So much that it surprised me how easeful my "return" was. I'd forgotten to reply initially and she checked in with me a few days later to see if I'd read her email. She was so clear about the details she needed to complete my claim, how to get the pad back to them, to pick whether I wanted a replacement or to be refunded. I chose the replacement and I had it in my hands within the week. I felt ZERO friction.

I am so impressed by Maria! I am so impressed by Vitality too. I wonder if it's Maria bringing this with her to the job and making you look terrific, or if if this is your standard of care then I am in good hands when I am buying for my clinic-needs in the future.

I must admit that I’m not utilizing VHD as much as I thought I would be due to my life changes. That said, from day1 (4 years ago) they have been outstanding in product choices, customer service, product knowledge. Even the person who puts the product into your hands upon pick up are Very Pleasant…

Just received my first order which consisted of a couple different linens and face cradle covers (I love that you get a “bulk price” if you’d like to get 10 pieces) as well as treatment table cleaner & lotion. I literally submitted my order online and RECEIVED it at my door within 24 hours! It had everything I ordered as described on the site, as well as a little surprise gift since it was my first order from the company 🙂 As an RMT I will definitely be using Vitality Depot for all of my treatment room supplies!
