I was referred to Dr. Vivoda by my parents, who have recently moved to Aylmer. They boasted about how nice and caring he was and I was fortunate that he took me in as a patient too. I went for the first time yesterday and I could not believe how much he seemed to care about what was going on with me. He sat with me for over 45 minutes asking me questions trying to get a better understanding of what I needed in terms of treatment. I am from Cambridge, Ontario and never ever would have gotten the service I received from Dr. Vivoda. Everyone else in the office was accommodating too.

Thorough, considerate, and compassionate with many years of experience. His office staff are friendly, polite, and discreet.
I moved out of town last year but I continue to travel 45 minutes each way to maintain Dr Vivoda as my physician. Straight talking, no nonsense care delivered in a friendly and helpful manner. He takes all the time you need to be sure your questions are answered and your concerns addressed. When I speak with Dr Vivoda, I feel like I'm visiting an old friend.

Dr. Vivoda should have been a police officer instead a doctor. He has a temper and will use it, he kicked me out of his office for asking too many questions. He will mock at you if his question or answer is not understood correctly by askng: do you have problem understanding my English accent? He hates the low-German Mennonite people. From the three or four visit I had with him I perceived that money it’s more important to him than helping people.

Since Covid-19 has begun, I have not been able to make any appointments. I can't leave a message. I have spent whole days calling continuously with no luck! Maybe you should get 2 or 3 lines so you can serve your patients better. I am very disappointed. Maybe your receptionists should be calling patients you have not heard from in over a year to see if anyone is needing an appointment.

This Dr had the worst bedside manner of any Dr I have ever encountered. He was completely rushed and had no time to listen to or answer any of our questions.he was completely rude and I strongly believe he is In the wrong profession . a very unpleasant experience for me today while seeing this Dr.

He is great and highly educated and explains things in a way that you understand. He goes above and beyond for his patients and his staff is amazing and so wonderful.
