I live in the Ottawa region and been purchasing supplies to maintain and repair our well water system from Wahl water for the past 3 years. On 2 occasions I had problems with how my system was installed by a local company and reached out to Jeff directly for help. He coached me on how to correct the installation and supplied me the materials I needed to fix my problem, all of this at a price more than competitive to our local installer. Excellent, professional, honest and friendly service! Due to my old plumbing, there's been lots of issues over the last four years. WW has always managed to fix those - even on a short notice. Their crew didn't mind driving on a snowy day, just few days bf Christmas, to the western end of the island, to replace my dead water heater... 🙏

Purchased a WA-1 Hydromatic residential sump pump online this week via Wahl. They shipped next day with free shipping and it was well packaged, can't ask for anything more. BTW one of the best pumps on the market. Thanks again.

We use Wahl for all our water needs. It is always a pleasure to speak with Roy on the phone and he is very helpful. Jeff is very busy, but generally meets with us quickly when we have a new project and gets all the options laid out and ordered in a timely manner. Josh and Scott are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly pleasant people. I know I am paying them to be here, but I am always happy to have them.

We have used Wahl for new water line installation, for updating existing lake & well systems, a reverse osmosis system, normal plumbing needs, yearly maintenance of filters/UV lights, and for new water heaters. There is no pressure from Jeff, nor upselling on unnecessary products. Everything is installed properly and in the best way possible. If there are any issues or follow-up requirements, they are quick to help. Their prices are also very reasonable.

All the trades are busy and could use more staff on the Island, but Wahl’s does a great job and we are happy repeat customers.

I required a new pressure tank and opted to replace the T (assembly) as well. I found that Wahl Water offers very competitive prices and you can't beat the fast free shipping. I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon and had my equipment Friday afternoon. Customer service was very courteous and responsive to my questions regarding shipping. I would suggest their service and I plan to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Been buying from this vendor since 2015 and never had any problems. Service and delivery has been exceptional! I purchase 4 filters yearly and a UV light required for my system. For the first time, the UV light I purchased doesn't appear to be working so figured I'd reach out for assistance to see if I can just exchange. I've submitted 2 "support" request from their site and left a voicemail for help. It's been over 10 days now and no response or follow-ups on either. Disappointing given my experience with you up to this point.

My husband and I moved into a house in the country with a UV water treatment system and well. I've never had to deal with these systems before. We got a message on the unit that the light burnt out and needed to be changed so I searched it online. I ended up calling Wahl Water and discussing the situation with Jeff at Customer Service. He had me go to the unit and give him all the details and describe what was going on. He told me how they operate and what were the service requirements and discussed whether I could change things myself and how, or if I should have a pro do it. I told him I'd have to call around and see if I could get someone to do it with their parts, or if they would need to provide their own, and they were fine with that despite a possible lost sale.

Based on the model (which is a bit older), I ended up finding a person to change the filters, bulb and inspect the sleeve, but I was able to order the parts from Wahl, who had recommended which filters were best and even followed up with me. This is all despite the fact they are not in my area and I could not hire them to do the servicing... I was so impressed with their excellent customer service. I don't often post reviews, but I really felt like these guys went above and beyond.
