It's rare to see a business that doesn't want to actually do business. Came in asking for two different, but exact, sizes of staples. Guy goes off and brings back two boxes, both were wrong. I asked him for the right size and he says that's not what I want. Wow, news to me that I didn't want the staple I asked for. Didn't even show me any options. I then asked if I could rent a staple gun. Goes off and comes back with one. I asked if he had one that wasn't airpowered, and he looked at me like a cow looks at an oncoming train then recommended that I go down the street to another store. I still wanted to rent the air powered one but he basically ushered me out and didn't want my business. Do not recommend at all. Very rude.

I wish I could give lower rating than that. Gave these guys a compressor to fix but they couldn't fix it which was ok but when I got back to pick up my compressor, the old guy dropped it in front of me and acted like nothing happened when I can clearly see broken fragments clearly . The compressor was fixable but I couldn't take the lack of care and professionalism. Last time I ever visited here. I will take my business somewhere else. Have fun breaking peoples tools.

These guys are awesome ! I have been purchasing my fasteners and air tools exclusively from them for nearly 30 years. Cheerful, knowledgeable and always prompt service. Keep up the great work!

Been having a heck of a time with finding the right nails for my guns and finding good quality ones at that. Saw this place while driving between other distributors walked in to find super nice staff and good stock and price of exactly what I needed! Definitely coming back!! Thanks!!

Not a trusted store, I buy a nail gun gets broken twice and the second wasn't covered by the warranty, they keep my tool for over one month whit no calls to let me know what goes on so unprofessional, when I buy the gun they said is the best one year of warranty bla bla bla a broken gun is broken don't matter how

These guys are amazing, I accidentally dropped off a functioning unit for repair and they tested it and told me it's fine and come pick it up. Very very rare you encounter such honest people. I highly recommend Waldo to everyone, these guys are awesome.

Walter and his associates have the absolute best customer service. And Not just in the fastener industry. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and competitive pricing with quality products. I will not shop anywhere else. Ever!
