If you have the option, I recommend choosing another clinic. I pride myself on being patient and understanding, recognizing that doctors have demanding schedules, and see many patients daily. Despite waiting nearly three hours to see a doctor, I didn’t complain once. However, I was taken aback by what happened next. When I entered the room, and stated the purpose of my visit, the doctor informed me he couldn’t access my recent medical test results. I calmly explained that I had them on my phone via the MyHealth Alberta app and just needed a moment to log in. However, rather than allowing me to do so, he suddenly yelled at me to leave, saying I was wasting his time. I had been in the room for less than five minutes. I even apologized and reassured him it would take only a moment, but he dismissed me, opened the door, and yelled at me to get out, telling the receptionist to get the next patient. I honestly feel bad for the receptionist as well, as he raised his voice at her even though she didn’t do anything wrong. So without making a scene, I left as instructed, unwilling to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. The interaction was upsetting, and honestly entirely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. My time was wasted, and I hope others don’t experience the same. While Dr. Victor Onwukwe may have had a good reputation in the past, he clearly no longer meets that standard.

Dr Victor is not good at all. Gave the wrong prescription. Does not listen to you. Is just not there to serve you and recommend modern treatment methods. The worst Doctor I have ever been to highly recommended not wasting time with him as he is useless.

The wait times there are terrible. Some of the receptionists are rude. They never answer their phone and Dr Roberts has to be one of the most judgemental and unprofessional doctors I've ever been to.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because Dr Omairi is an incredible doctor and the only reason I would ever return.

I just had the flu, but i felt like i was dying. I did a walk-in and waited around 45 minutes, considering it was pretty busy. The doctor who saw me was Ahmad Omairi, spent around 15 minutes talking to me and asking questions. Normally, as a walk-in anywhere else, i would be rushed, though.

The doctor here couldn't be bothered to actually assess my condition or listen to what I had to say, suggested it was viral without even doing an exam and that was after a 3 hour wait. He also answered his personal phone in the middle of my consultation. Go figure another more competent doctor from a clinic across the street figured out it was a lung infection. You're better off not even seeing a doctor.

When you call to make an appointment or anything else NOBODY answers the phone it doesn't matter what time of the day you call!! It's ridiculous because when you go there it's 4 people in the reception.
