I found the staff nice and efficient. Had no problems with my experience other than that the doctor we saw was curt and didn't listen and ended up sending us home with very little help. Saw him for about 90 seconds having waited 45 minutes. I always get suspicious when a doctor tells me they've had "X" number of cases of "this" today and so it's probably that, without having looked at the patient in front of him. Had he been at all conscientious I'd have had no complaints.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff working here, we got there 5 minutes before they closed at on a Saturday evening they had the closed sign in the window, thankfully they took the time to listen to my concerns for my sister and allowed me to bring her in. The staff and the Dr are very helpful, and I want to say thank you! I would recommend this walk-in to everyone

I visited the walk in on a Sunday morning for my child’s suspected ear infection and was very impressed by the efficiency. We were there before opening and second in line, and had a diagnosis and prescription within 25 minutes and ear drops from the adjacent pharmacy 10 minutes later. Professional and impressed to be in and out so quickly.

Went today at 3:30pm and saw a big sign saying closed when I entered. Only a few people in the seats were waiting and two people were at the desk to check in. Is it really necessary to close 90 minutes early? They weren’t that busy.

They all always close early but they put open till 8. I walked there at 7 but they were closed and nobody was in lobby then I called somebody pick up the phone and said”the registration is closed but doctor are there” when you say open it means open to get patient …. You get fund from health minister for the services not providing

I actually had an amazing, and quick check in and service. My man at the front desk at the walk in was so nice! And the doctor I saw as well! Quick and easy, friendly. Great experience

This walk in clinic is an absolute disgrace...... PERIOD!!!! I will be making phone calls to have it investigated.... not to mention when I called I was on hold for 83 min !!!! My estimate waiting time was 1 min... my place in the Q was second. For 83 min? I had the phone on speaker just to see how long it was doing to take for someone to answer .... 83 min later I hung up only because I had a phone call coming threw. Disgusting

Do not go to this after hours clinic!! Worst experience ever , the doctor spent three minutes with me gave me the wrong antibiotic, medication. The other question I had for her she blew me off and said oh, everybody’s getting a bit of a rash now just put some cream on it. Wrong!!!ended up having a serious chest infection and skin and infection. Worst experience and dangerous going to the after hour clinic., I will not let my kids go there ever again when we can’t get into our doctor , , did not feel comfortable with her prescription, and her knowledge ! went to my doctor the next day and got all new medication, and the correct diagnosis and advice .Honestly, go anywhere else
