The reliability of the hours here are terrible.I would give this place negative 1. They say there open and you go there and closed! There never open on the weekend. Very unreliable. Call before you go there absolutely.

We were in their walk-in clinic on Sunday mid day. The entrance was confusing, the front door was locked, so figured out to go from the back. There was supposed to be a security person on the main floor, but it was empty, so we went directly to the clinic floor. I think because we had Covid like symptoms, we were put in the doctors room right away, so to avoid a contact in the waiting room. We spent 1.5 hours waiting to be seen! That is negative. But the appointment itself was great for a walk-in. Nurse practitioner listened to all the symptoms, was very knowledgeable, made physical exam to check and confirm what we said. Then she called in a doctor who also checked everything and they explained that we did not need antibiotics after all. We've been into many clinics before with similar symptoms and never had such a good service and check up and I guess we were given antibiotics just cause, which is not good for your body

Called at 9:10am today, told walk in was open said I'd be there right away. Get there before 10am they say we are full! Explained that I called.first and came ASAP, they said come back at 1pm! Very very disorganized walk in clinic. Waisted my time! My gas. They people sitting were maybe 4! To me they should have made an exception as I called first. Tried to explain that they said no. Not impressed at all with this place . Not sympathetic or organized and don't care at all.

Went into the walk in HOURS before closing and they refused to take us because it was "closed". Why do you guys have hours set if you aren't going to honour them? I never EVER leave bad reviews but oh my goodness am I ever upset, so please do not waste your time going to this clinic. The man at the front desk wouldn't even look at us or answer our questions why we couldn't be seated in waiting. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Every time I've gone I've received thorough and top notch treatment. I cannot speak highly enough of their medical professionals. The only downside is that they often don't have much staff and even though I've shown up right at their opening time, couldn't get in because they were already full.

Horrible. Why have open hours if your not fully able to accommodate durring said time. And tell me they're at full capacity even though there's no one in the waiting room I get it we all hate paper work. But turning someone away before your even closed is Ludacris. I literally just needed to be looked at for strep or tonsillitis and get a prescription for antibiotics. Not very complicated. It's pretty fast in and out. Tells me I can come at a later date. Okay that doesn't help me with the pain I'm currently coping with. Not like I can write my own prescriptions. Don't say your open until 730 if you don't accept patents the full opening hours. -_-

I would not suggest going to this clinic for any potentially serious issues. I came in with bad abdominal pain (pain to the touch, unable to find a comfortable position to relieve the pain). I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was very friendly but didn't do any physical exam and suggested my pain might be anxiety (although it's painful to the touch) or a stomach flu and I was sent away. The following day I went for a second opinion from my regular GP who did an ultra sound and found my gallbladder enlarged which needs immediate attention.
The stars because no wait time and location and parking is convenient.

Clinic opened at 9am, my 4 year old daughter were 6th in line by 9:02am. Once we reached the front of the line we were turned away due to the fact that they would only be seeing 5 patients today. How ridiculous for a walk in!

A list of alternate walk in clinics was given which had inaccurate information, which led to us going to 4 different clinics before actually being seen.
