Nurse Kelly is kind, thorough and professional. She has treated my daughter a couple of times and I am always happy with how easy she is to contact and how thoroughly and thoughtfully she listens to my concerns and treats my daughter. This service should be covered by OHIP but it is not so it is $80 for a visit. In my opinion, it is worth it to be able to take my child somewhere locally and to even sometimes be able to make a last minute appt which means not having to wait in a waiting room at another walk in for an hour or two with a sick child. Having a walk in clinic in town with great hours and that can be easily contacted is an invaluable asset for our community. Thank you Nurse Kelly for caring for us so well!!

Kelly was extremely through and kind she treated me better than any family dr has in the past I was able to be seen very quickly she had an opening on a Sunday night when everywhere else was closed

Kelly is an amazing NP, she cares about patients and she explains very clearly the causes and the treatment. She takes time to examinate patients without rushing. We went today in a long weekend where all the walk-in clinics were close and the ER were full. I highly recommend her.

Need to see doctor with my daughter and I’m so happy to find Kelly. Walk-in clinic we have near by us is barely open and doctors are constantly rush you and barely even listen to symptoms and so on. Emergency is crazy busy and we typically they don’t like to deal with “regular” or should I say common illnesses as it’s obviously not their specialty. I’ve called Kelly and she was available same day for appointment. She was very helpful, professional, kind and attentive, answered all my questions and concerns. Absolutely positive experience today with her. Literally made my day!

It was easy to book. Way better than going to a walk on clinic or emerg!!! We were able to have my 5 year old checked out with x ray requisition and the antibiotics she needed.
