We got a bin to clear out my mother-in-law's house, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. The driver arrived just before us, and engaged my mother-in-law in friendly conversation until we arrived, impressing and charming her very much. The bin was picked up almost immediately when we called, and the charges were exactly what we agreed on. I talked to Susan on the phone, and exchanged a few emails, and everything was just perfect!
