Spoke with the manager Alan, this is the kind of service you expect in a retail store. Someone who is knowledgeable about their products, enthusiastic when discussing the topic, and doesn't oversell you on things you don't need.

I will certainly be recommending this location specifically for the foreseeable future and will definitely be buying their services for years to come.

It makes me sad to write this review as my family have been patrons of this water depot since we moved to Aurora. We purchased a new water softener and reverse osmosis system from them. Earlier this year the reverse osmosis system broke and they sold us some new filters saying that was the problem. It worked for a few months (until we were out of warranty). When the problem came back, they said actually it needs a new part which will be hundreds of dollars. When I expressed disappointment over being misled when we went to them with the problem (in warranty), they simply ghosted us and have never returned a message.
So disappointed as my experience with the technicians was good to begin with and I felt like it was a trustworthy neighbourhood business. Now I feel that they actually don't care and try to scam as much money out of you as they can.

Really friendly staff. I always get help refilling my water cooler bottles. Most importantly, they help putting them in my trunk. I shouldn't be doing any heavy lifting and, have a hard time asking for help. I don't need to ask, the staff helps right away. Stellar customer service

My recent visit to the Water Depot store in Aurora was a terrific one. The employees were really welcoming and accommodating. They helped me carry six 5 gallon water bottles to my car as well. I greatly appreciated their assistance and it made my life a lot easier.

I have been purchasing from this store for several years and have always had a good experience. Help filling, capping and taking the bottles to my vehicle. The staff is always friendly, and the store is always neat and clean. I recently had to replace an old softener for my house and this was the place I went to...didn’t need to go anywhere else. The system was in stock, it was installed the very next day, great warranty. It’s wonderful to not have itchy skin after a shower, and my clothes are coming out of the wash/dry cleaner and softer...I’m a happy camper. It pays to support local small business!
