Great service from Jeff and the Water Depot. Highly recommend.

Was back-washing my iron slayers every single day, wasting water. Thought it'd take a big service call to get it fixed. Called Water Depot and thank goodness Jeff picked up because he had it all straightened out over the phone in minutes. Saved me water, money and time.

We where having a issue with iron in our water for a while and called water depot in bracebridge and spoke to Jeff, let me tell you Jeff and his team helped in a major way not only where they very kind and down to earth , they also solved the problem very easily and provided the equipment needed without breaking the bank and also went the extra mile and had our water pressure increas which was a great bonus, will definitely 100% go with them again , great job guys and thank you very much 👍

Water Depot and Eric have been absolutely fantastic to us. We wholeheartedly recommend their services. Nothing but high praise for Eric and his employees at water depot! I recently did a new house build in the Rosseau area. I contacted Eric and explained that I might need some sort of water treatment system. He scheduled an appointment and showed on that day and on time.

He tested my water and made the recommendations that would provide me with clean drinking water. But also keep all my toilets and sinks from becoming stained.

Within a week, a water depot installer arrived and installed my system. Not only was he very personable and professional. He asked me where I would like my system placed as well, his level of detail and neatness during his install was top shelf! I was thoroughly impressed!

We have better water quality at our cottage than at home thanks to Eric and his team. Eric has taken two steps to get the quality above our expectations, and in the process given us an exceptional experience. We have had the system for 5 years now.
- When shopping for a system, we had spoken with another company and felt their approach and costs were not what we were looking for.
- Eric took the time to come to our place and helped us understand how a water purification system would work at our place, consider some important questions about what is needed, and also explained what was NOT needed, and what options we could add later if we subsequently determined they were needed. The result was a lower cost system which gave us better water quality with lower PPM than the jugs we were buying! Our water tastes better at our cottage than at home.
- After 4 years, Eric's service team checked the system (we have higher particulate levels in our lake) and we discussed and decided to add another filter, which also extended the life of our existing filters.
- The attention to our water quality sets Eric and his team on another level. I am so pleased instead of 'buying a system' that I bought a service. I have worry-free confidence my water quality is always safe and at a high standard. (and that it tastes great)
- Eric has managed to assemble a team of like-minded staff who all have the same helpful and personal customer-first approach. When our additional filter was installed it didn't seem to perform as expected. I spoke with Dave at the office and, instead of any hesitation many companies often give, he quickly said 'that is not acceptable and would send a technician to figure it out'. Jeff came and examined the filter and determined a new setting, AND also examined every other filter AND replaced the main filters to ensure we could observe the water over the next 2 weeks to determine we had gained the quality expected. The team worked seamlessly in my experience and the water quality is now beyond what I was expecting.
- I highly recommend Water Depot Bracebridge for ensuring I have the right system to give me excellent water quality and for the great customer-first experience over the years I have had their system and service.

We live on the Severn and we pull our water from the lake. We considered a drilled well but decided to approach the Water Depot to see what they could do for us using our existing water source. Eric arrived at our home, assessed the situation and confidently let us know he could get us potable water as well as much clearer water with his system. Within 2 weeks our system was installed by Ron and i cant tell you how happy we are with the result. The first water test still showed coliform - I spoke with Eric and he said that was unacceptable. We took 2 additional samples in the next week which came back zero for both coliform and eColi. The water is so clean and tastes great.
Eric's attention to customer service and ensuring his customers needs are met are second to none. We will be calling on Eric and his team for our annual maintenance. The Water Depot under the leadership of Eric is the best.

I was thoroughly impressed with Eric and his team from start to finish. They took my wants and needs into consideration when recommending a water softener, and were very prompt on more than one occasion when I thought there was an issue (which was not their fault). I would HIGHLY recommend using Water Depot...it felt like a small business, but with corporate service levels.
