Culligan was closed. 24 hour water only takes coins. I was disappointed. Went to water Depot on Lynden Rd. Wow. I was pleasantly surprised. Gentleman was so helpful and friendly PLUS he helped take my 5 heavy jugs out to my car. Win win. I’ll be back next week.

Amazing service provided.

I had an issue with my drinking water faucet. It was dripping water leading to wastage. I reached out to the Water Depot team for guidance and assistance.

I visited them with the faulty faucet. The team helped me find what I needed promptly.

I have to say the old guy in the suit and tie from the 70s has zero people skills, terrible attitude. He definitely should not be in customer service. He may even be the owner who knows but terrible experience. He has a terrible attitude and doesn’t carry himself well. I went to water bar in Brantford following my visit there and the customer service was great.

I've been a loyal customer of warer depot from Kitchener and I moved in Paris this yr so I found this place near by. Very friendly from the beginning and the water's always good. My wife cares about the taste of it, she can't drink water from my fridge, and this water passed the test. 🙂 Thank you.

Came to the store to research water softeners. Sales rep was very informative and friendly; no push to sell! After visiting competitors in the area, I returned to gain some more specific information on unit options and pricing; still no pressure!
The installation was done by the owners who were very helpful and informative. Plus, they were just plain fun to be around. My shower stays cleaner now.
