Dr.Pollard was not my OB prenatal but she delivered my 2nd one 5 days ago as she was on duty that day and night. She is EXCEPTIONAL🥹, so empathetic, patient, caring, kind, gentle and wonderful in everyway possible. It was such a breezy labour. I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH AND YOUR TEAM OF NURSES! Forever Grateful 🙂

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Mendlowitz and her ENTIRE staff! In a world where people are caring less and less about others this whole establishment gives a hoot about you! Yes, sometimes there is a wait... That's because they care for all of us the same! I would never rush them knowing I too wouldn't like to be rushed in my care. Good things come to those who wait! Well worth the wait! Dr Mendlowitz has been taking care of me for 2nd pregnancy as well as she did for my first. I am a returning patient. She is great, kind, thorough, open minded, no complaints! However, the receptionist doesn't bother to return or pick calls. She might be giving bad name to her practice.

Update: I am here for postpartum check up and the office is closed. The receptionist had left me a voicemail asking in afternoon about whether i had any postpartum checkup appointment with my family doctor or not - so that she can ads to her notes on my file. No mention of office being closed or doctor availability. She could have clearly told me that I need to reschedule or cancel. I had to prep for appointment a day prior, because I had to leave my newborn and a toddler in someone else’s care. She is really really confused and incompetent for this job and should be fired immediately. So pissed and disappointed.

Had to make sure I leave a 5 star review for this OBGYN clinic. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The secretaries are so kind and informative, Dr. Emma Pollard and her associate doctor were such a pleasure to work with. The clinic also made sure to follow up with us for our follow up appointment. Not enough good can be said about this facility. It's also sooooo clean! Phenomenal. Thank you all again for taking care of us!

DR. Pollard is one of the absolute best doctors, or rather specialists, I’ve seen in my chronic illness journey. She’s renewed my trust in medicine. She has a wonderful bedside manner, friendly, caring, thorough, and goes out of her way to keep you comfortable (considering what us woman have to have done, and if you’re struggling with health issues ) I feel very lucky to have her, and would recommend her to anyone who needs an OBGYN. 1000/5 ⭐️’s

Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by the receptionist. My partner encountered incompetence, rudeness, and what she believe to be discriminatory & racist behavior. We are taking this matter seriously and will be filing a formal complaint with the Ministry of Health. This issue needs to be addressed promptly and effectively.

Dr Pollard has been nothing but exceptional in my prenatal care. She is quick to give results of tests, acts fast but will take the time to listen to your concerns/ questions and refers you to the appropriate people when necessary. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her practice! Thank you so much for everything!

Dr. Mendlowitz was over 20 minutes late to the scheduled appointment time. She was incredibly condescending throughout the appointment to the point where if I hadn't waited over 2 months for this appointment, I would have walked out halfway through. She accused me of trying to self-diagnose when I explained that my symptoms lessened when I got my IUD out, something that my family Doctor had even told me was likely to happen. I had my partner in the room and asked him after if I was inadvertently being rude or sounded like I was trying to diagnose myself but he was equally confused by her lecture. Condescension in a specialty of medicine that handles notoriously private issues makes the entire experience unnecessarily difficult. The clinic was very clean and Dr. Mendlowitz was considerate in minimizing pain, but her bedside manner is horrendous.

EDIT: Following this appointment I requested my medical records to transfer to a different clinic for a follow-up. Dr. Mendlowitz gave unnecessary, unprofessional, and incorrect commentary on my "social interaction". My initial comment was about her bedside manner which I found to be incredibly condescending. Reading through her notes in my medical history pushes it beyond condescension into unprofessionalism. Request your medical records.
