Reception is great, nurses are good at their jobs, social workers are good as well. The only downside is that is that appointments are 3-4 weeks minimum, so it can drag out some diagnostic work or medication trials.

To get an appointment you have to wait for a month. For urgent appointment, they refer to emergency and non urgent walk-in clinic. Nothing bad about nurses they're good but what's the point of getting an appointment a month later when you want to see them today. I don't understand why they're catering so many patients if they don't have slot. Cherry on top, I asked receptionist to cancel me as registered patient, the reason she gave me to stick is we don't charge any money for notes etc. lol to get a note I need to get an appointment first 😂😂.

Overall was very disappointed. Although reception was great and extremely polite, I found the NP herself very immature and judgmental. I never felt comfortable going and was often not listened to. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to be valued and listened to as a patient. It's unfortunate since the front staff is so great.

I love my nurse practitioner here!!! She is patient, doesn't rush me, is very thorough and saved my life! Best health practitioner ever. I've seen other practitioners here as well and have always received the very best of care!

All these wondrous nurses and receptionist's deserve a raise. These people are absolute treasures. Protect them at all costs! Finally medical professionals that will listen and not gaslight you. They will treat you with the utmost kindness. Absolute gems here!

I was a patient here for a few years. During that time, they switched my practitioner at least three times. When I went in for a medication change I was referred out and have been just seeing that doctor since. The nurses are indeed available for same day appointments if you call first thing in the morning. However, I usually had a lot of trouble getting a hold of anyone. I once just kept calling as it was important and then I overheard them making fun of me while I was in the waiting room. Yes I did need to call five times, for a problem that wasn't treated seriously enough and now I'm having long term issues. This place is basically just a walk-in clinic that you wait days to get in to.

As a family, we have been with this clinic for more than 4 years, unfortunately the level of service has been declining very badly over the past 1-2 years, we've reached a point where booking an appointment to see the nurse for an issue that either myself or my wife has, the appointment would be after a month ... Literally, it takes a month or even more to just get to see someone. Additional to that the same day appointments that are available, are only per the judgment of the receptionist answering the calls, so if that receptionist "believe" the issue is valid then you would get an appointment, if not then good luck.
Very unfortunate that this is how things have tuned out, this place used to be very good.
