On Monday, September 2, 2024, LABOUR DAY MONDAY, when everyone was enjoying their holiday Monday, Bill dropped what he was doing and came to my house to fix a problem with my water softener. We recently had Watershed of Brantford install a residential water softener, whole home activated carbon filter and economy reverse osmosis. Within 3 hours it was all installed and the difference in water quality was immediate. The reverse osmosis water is great! Doing dishes or having a shower... you can feel the difference. I know now that our skin and major appliances are protected. Awesome Job! Definitely recommend Bill Dubeau from Watershed of Brantford. Professional!

Absolutely amazing, we called him and he came two days later.
After being told we needed to spend $1900 on a new softener he fixed the problem with a simple gasket. Said it would be good for another 10 years….. 👍would definitely call for any plumbing issue .
