Wasn’t sure if I should visit or not, since I had increased my milk supply on my own. This is my second baby, so I thought supply was what my problem was. Went to the appointment anyway, and turned out supply was not my issue! Got amazing advice, and within 24 hours, my baby is crying less, sleeping more and keeping way more milk down. Dr Lui, you are amazing!

All the Doctors I have seen at the Well Fed Clinic have been absolutely incredible!
I was particularly blown away but the support and care I received from Dr. Lamond. I don’t think I have ever written a review but she was absolutely amazing, really treats you and baby as a whole person and listens to what you have to say, taking everything into consideration and never rushes you.
I have seen many Doctors in my life, and Dr. Lamond is the best by far. Thank you so much for being the Dr. so many of us need.

Hands down the best client I've ever encountered. They are always available whether it's in person or over the phone, the doctors and reception are just great and are happy to answer your questions. Kelsey at reception is great!

Doctors are great but the receptionist, Chelsea is extremely rude. She kept cutting me off and didn't let me speak. I only called to check if there has been any cancellations. If not, she didn't have to call me back and speak rudely. No call back means no opening. Simple! Receptionists need to be taught how to speak with compassion. They are speaking with patients, postpartum moms or new moms. She called me early on Monday morning to get off her frustrations like she woke up from the wrong side of the bed. She didn't let me speak and when I tried to she was questioning and answering for me. Extremely rude!!! Please teach them some manners. I will make sure to complain to the management as well. I am very disturbed with this behavior.

Providing feedback on my experience with Dr. Hern. I went to see Dr. Hern when I was 5 days overdue. I booked the appointment to be proactive and build breastfeeding confidence before going into the biggest transition/change of my life. I walked into the appointment excited to learn some tips and tricks to set me up for success, instead, I walked out of the appointment feeling defeated and like breastfeeding wasn’t going to be an option for me. Because I have smaller breasts, Dr. Hern implied supply is likely to be an issue and that someone like myself should be prepared to supplement with formula. Rather than crossing that POTENTIAL bridge when we got there, Dr. Hern knocked away any confidence I had about breastfeeding just two days before I actually delivered my sweet baby girl. For anyone reading this, please also note that breast size has no correlation with breastfeeding success whereas confidence in ability to do so is strongly correlated with breastfeeding success. This experience was so upsetting for me but luckily I feel vindicated because not only was I able to breastfeed, my daughter only lost 2% of her birthweight in hospital and was already regaining weight by day 3. After one week we were already 12 oz over her birthweight and by week 2 she had already gained a lb. I am now 7 months post partum and have not had to supplement once. My issue now is that she won’t take the bottle because I was too scared bottles would be detrimental to our success/my supply. If I hadn’t been so lucky and had any struggles with breastfeeding, this appointment with Dr. Hern would have certainly led to me giving up on breastfeeding rather than seeking additional help. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Dr. Hern, not only would I have expected a physician in this field to be educated in the science/physiology behind breastfeeding (i.e., breast size having no correlation with breastfeeding success) but at a bare minimum I would have expected better bedside manner from someone who frequently deals with new moms entering an incredibly stressful/hormonal time in their life. The point of this review is that I don’t want another woman to go through this experience as it could be so damaging to someone’s breastfeeding experience.

I have been going to Well Fed Clinic since my baby was bornI. I have been having lots of issues during my breastfedding journey like lack of milk supply, blockage milk duct and milk blister etc. All the doctors are so experienced and friendly, which provides me strong support all the time. Dr. Cury went extra mile to advise me how to deal with my daughter's eczema. I still follow up with clinic regularly and I am very thankful for their care and support. Receptionist are super nice too!

I was introduced to Well Fed when I had my daughter in 2018, this place is absolutely amazing ladies! Kelsey the receptionist is super sweet and goes above and beyond to get appointments and fun conversation. Dr. Lamond is more than an amazing doctor, she knows EVERYTHING about babies and helped me through breastfeeding challenges. I trust her with my life! She was a huge support for me as well because I had just lost my mom to cancer and now had this little baby to figure out. Then just 16 short months later I was lucky enough to see Dr. Lamond again and knew I was in good hands with my son, and once again got our weight on track and more due to Covid throwing a few wrenches into things.

Been visiting with Well Fed for 3 weeks now as my little one had a tongue tie among other issues with feeding. We still have a ways to go in our breastfeeding journey but I always leave the clinic feeling a little more confident. Staff are always very friendly and I appreciate everything they are doing to promote sanitation while we are dealing with Covid. Although my husband is disappointed that he can't come to appointments, we were able to video chat today and he was able to ask questions as well. I am happy to feel like someone is finally there to listen to me and help me, not just for a 15 minute appointment, but for the long haul as well. I feel so supported by the doctors and staff at Well Fed.
