I have been here a handful of times in the last few years, and each time has been a great experience. No long waits for my appointments, the staff are friendly and professional. Imaging/diagnostic centres are few and far between in Muskoka, so it’s a bonus to have one that is managed so well.

The entire team at this clinic is great. I always heard from them promptly to book in and was given accomdating options for appointment times that worked with my schedule. The technician I had was very thorough and checked in with me throughout my appointments to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a great experience from prompt and quick scheduling me in from reception to my ultrasound with Rodney. He was very professional but also made me feel comfortable the whole hour I was there. I highly recommend their clinic always 🙂

Ultrasound... That was an easy experience. I was contacted pretty quickly to schedule, there were automated reminders of scheduling via text, reception was friendly, they took me in to be seen as expected, and the ultrasound operator was friendly and professional. A great experience for medical imaging has always felt a little less convenient... but this time with WELL it was great!

I’ve had great experiences at the WELL health clinic. It’s never a long wait, the receptionist is friendly and kind, Emma the ultrasound tech is wonderful. She’s professional and friendly and she always prints out pictures of my baby for me. It’s a much more pleasant experience getting an ultrasound here than at the hospital, in my experience, a much shorter wait and friendlier staff. Would definitely recommend someone going here if needed!

I was able to schedule this appointment quickly. Reception was pleasant and on time. Rodney conducted the ultrasound in a professional, cordial manner while chatting to help the time pass quickly and without awkward silences.
