Love the energy in this place, asked my acupuncturist if she could give me tips to help my lower back and she ran to grab the massage therapist. She looked to be leaving for work for the day but stayed an extra 10 minutes to show me some stretches and explain some of the things I could do to prevent my lower back pain. Needless to say I'll be booking for appts with these guys. Super friendly and awsome environment.

Dr. Koganow is a true "healer" in my opinion. After 6 years of debilitating lower back issues, Clayton found the remedy for me after several orthopaedic doctors and other specialists in the mainstream health system failed to do so...
After seeing several other positive results from Naturopathic therapies, I will continue to use their services and avoid the AHS & CMA services as much as possible.
Thank goodness and blessings to all the staff at Well Vitality!!!

Dr SiYing (Serena) Wu is the most lovely person ever! Best acupuncturist I've been visiting since last year, and has helped manage my stress tremendously. I work in a stress induced environment, and I always look forward to the sessions every time.

I swear by acupuncture for a lot of reasons because of the many other health benefits that come with it.

The staff here are wonderful and helpful.

You can even book your appointments on their website by just setting up an account and picking the health expert along with the time that is convenient for you.

I’m so grateful to Siying Wu Registered Acupuncturist for her compassion and talents to help me with a variety of chronic pain management issues. I have had a lot of acupuncture over the years and she is the most gifted acupuncturist I’ve experienced since a Dr of Chinese medicine in Los Angelos treated me. I’m a retired rehabilitation therapist and truly impressed with her skills. I highly recommend her.

I love this place for a massage. Both Talia and Courtney are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable. My son was a bit nervous to get his first massage , and by the end was so relaxed we had to wake him up. 10/10 recommend.

This is hands down the best place to get a massage. Courtney has hands of an angel and is so knowledgeable and just the kindest human alive. I recommend her to EVERYONE. I have also had a few massages from tali, and I have never been disappointed. I would feel confident and comfortable going to any of the massage therapists here!

Sara is an amazing massage therapist! I could not recommend her enough. Aside from her amazing massage skills, she has a cheerful disposition that brightens anyone's day and provides helpful insights or stretches to help best recover from sore and overworked muscles.
