Recently had foot surgery and required a shower seat. After extensive research Wellcare was the only company that supplied a swivel seat. Kris promptly returned my phone call and less than 2 hours later the chair was in my possession. Kris was very patient and helpful with my many concerns.

I called in and spoke to Kris. Was not sure that they would have the walker in the right height as I am pretty tall. He offered to put one together, check the height and call me back. He did and I bought my equipment there. Now weeks later, I have lost my bill that I need for insurance. I Call in . Kris does a manual search on a Saturday as the accounting department is closed and finds and sends me the bill by email. Just super service here !!

I have been ordering medical supplies from the Mississauga location since early 2022 and all my experiences with Kris have been exceptional. He is the most professional and polite person I have dealt with and he always goes above and beyond to help me.

I needed a 2 wheel walker (plus “skiis”) for my elderly mother very quickly. Called ahead and confirmed the items were in stock and headed over. Kris (I believe) unwrapped it, adjusted the height and attached the skiis and I was on my way in under 10 minutes! Pricing was $10.00 less than Anazon. Great service.
