This place is soooo unorganized. When they schedule your appointment, they inform you to come 10 minutes early. My appointment was at 11:20 am and I arrived at 10:30 am. I was not seen till 12 pm. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! When I inquired with the receptionist, she was on her personal cell phone speaking Punjabi or Urdu (not sure) and she proceeded to make me wait until she finished her personal call before addressing me. She then told me that the doctor is behind schedule because they are all new patients and that they require additional time with the doctor. So, when booking the appointments, do these people not know how to schedule and boo appointments accordingly ? Allotting additional time for new patients so that they don’t waste other patient’s time? They really do not care whatsoever. I will never ask to be referred to this place ever again!!!! If you need to see a neurologist or any other specialist that works in this location, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE; where you will be treated with respect and more importantly, they have respect for your time. I’ve never had to wait nearly 2 hours to see a doctor (especially when I had a scheduled appointment).

This organization phoned in August to give date and time of an upcoming appointment and stated they had received a referral. I tried to determine what the appointment was in relation to, and also, who had made the referral. The caller was very difficult to understand, and she had no idea as to what I was requesting. She did finally say that it was related to 'internal medicine". She said she would send the information by email and requested the email address. No email was received. Called the organization today and was told that no appointment had been made. I provided date and time of appointment as well as date if phone call received. She told me this time that it was a 'psychiatric referral". Staff member was virtually useless. Finally, a different "colleague" comes on the line and says she will sort it out and call back in fifteen minutes. Over an hour later, I called back, explained that I was waiting for a call and what it was about. Reception transferred me to a male who told me I had called the pharmacist! I said that I had not, Reception transferred me to the pharmacist. He took the phone number and said he would pass the message on. The original woman called back, said they had no answer to "my" problem. I discussed this at length with her, where she asked for family doctor name and telephone number. She wanted to call the family doctor to see what the referral was for. I refused to provide this information. I don't know this clinic. They should have this information! I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager was sick this week. Finally, she said she was transferring me to the Receptionist. I asked what this was going to do. She said Reception is also manager. I spoke to a male who said he supervises staff. He said that maybe it was a different place that called. I gave him the phone number that showed on the incoming call log, and the date and time of the call. He finally said he had located tge call on their call history. After being on hold for some time longer, he finally said that tge call from their organization was a mistake. Someone had misdialled a call

WARNING THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH…Stay far away from this place! This review is not towards the doctors but the clinics support/reception/pharmacy staff- don’t bother calling the office as no one will answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message. Called this office to try to book an appointment with my family doctor for 3 days straight, no one answered the phone or returned my several voicemails. Walked in today and there was FOUR people sitting at the reception desk just chatting with each other. The pharmacy staff are just as bad, don’t act knowledge the fact that your waiting, on multiple occasions there are several young children behind the pharmacy counter playing, most of the staff don’t speak English and they consistently loose perceptions.

Feedback from the owner said there was never children behind the pharmacy counter, funny as I have experience this multiple times the most recent being on Saturday September 28th at 11:20am please check your cameras and you will see 3 children the youngest being about 4 sucking on a pair of plastic gloves and again that there is never more than 2 people at reception, again please check your cameras on Oct 3rd at 10:05 as I walked in to 4 reception staff huddled in the reception area chatting and sir I am not racist nor did I say anything racial regarding your staff. Not speaking English is a fact NOT RACISM!!!

If it weren’t for the fact that my lifelong doctor is at this clinic, I would have left ages ago. Reception is polite, sure, but terrible with communication. I had a lawyers office calling them for release of information regarding a car accident, and the lawyers office requested said information 5 times until it was finally received.

Now, I’ve been without 2/3 medications for over a week. I call daily and ask that they request the refills from my doctor. They say they’ll call back, they NEVER have!! I even walked in in person, only to find out the receptionist working was “unable to look for the prescriptions.”

I’ve left messages with staff, voicemails, texts, nothing. Highly unprofessional and UNSAFE for people to go this long without prescribed medications.

Literally walked into this place from having a few workplace injuries and as long as you follow their recovery guidelines regarding the workouts and stretches, their treatment will definitely get you back up to a speedy recovery in no time. Dr Chirag and Dr Sam are the real MVPs

I was referred here a month and a half ago and have not received any call from them with an appointment time. I have tried calling about six times now and nobody answers the phone. Left one message but no response. I expect to wait some time for my appointment, but to not receive any confirmation of the referral within 1.5 months is highly unusual.

This pharmacy is the worst. Dr Ugwanzie doesn’t care about his patients. Only asks if you smoke marijuana because I told him I did years ago. Every month the phone call with him lasts about 20 seconds. The pharmacy itself is also horrible. They never fax my prescription to the pharmacy close to me. I call, they say they sent it. I wait a week, call back, and then they tell me the dr never sent the prescription yet. This place is a nightmare to deal with.

The pharmaceutical staff are lovely they always help me out when Dr. Ugwunze doesn’t put in my prescription refill. I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES with receiving my prescription refills. I usually have an appointment two or three weeks before needing a refill, so one would think that is plenty of time to fax a prescription refill into the pharmacy, or you know, walk the 10 feet to the pharmacy itself since the pharmacy is in the same office. I have now not had my medicine for 8 days, even though I had an appointment (over the phone) with Dr. Ugwunze less than five days ago (this was to get a prescription refill THAT I ALREADY SHOULD HAVE HAD). It's a good thing I'm only (currently) mildly suicidal.
