What a wonderful specialty shop with a team of knowledgeable, professional, and caring staff who promote health and wellness. I went in to be fit for compression tights & specialty shoes with orthopedic inserts. The staff treated all customers as unique individuals, taking the time to assess specific measurements, gait , and lifestyle, matching the correct product to each person. I am so happy with my tights and shoes that are practical, comfortable, and moreover looking sophisticated and stylish! The staff assisted me with navigating my workplace medical benefits & were so informative ! I will definitely return in the future.

I had an amazing experience getting three pairs of shoes as well as compression stockings from Wellnecity. What a wonderful experience !
I ordered my shoes with them last year out of Toronto. They provided fast shipping and amazing products! They have a wide variety of orthopaedic shoes which look absolutely stunning!!
For this year I decided to go in person to take a look at all of their products. And the first thing I noticed was how friendly and kind everyone was.
The entire team was very patient and knowledgeable. They brought me so many shoes to try on to find my perfect match and I ended up buying 3 more pairs of shoes from them this year. They went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back again for more!

From the very first point of contact to the last everyone was just amazing! They answered and clarified any questions I had in such a timely manner. Set everything up for me making it just so easy to order everything I wanted. My sandals were not ready for delivery with the rest of my order so when they did arrive they personally delivered them to my hotel. Every member of the team is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive in finding the right product for all of my work wellness needs.
Esther was really helpful in bringing out LOTS of shoes and boots for me to try on to make sure I was happy with the different styled and Fits.
Best part is even when they don't have stock in they make sure I'm aware of times and dates and contact me right away when product arrives.
They make it very easy as they direct bill!!

Last week I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Derek who does osteo and massage therapy and it was one of the best massages I've ever had.
I have had previous shoulder, neck and back injuries and using different methods he was able to relieve a lot of the tension and knots I feel like I've been carrying around for a long long time!

The staff was very knowledgeable, informative, and supportive through the entire process (it was a remote order) and I just received my package today with two pairs of boots and one pair of shoes for work and they fit like a glove and are absolutely perfect!
