Dr Painter has been great with my family over the years. Anytime I have needed anything medically he has been empathetic, professional and supportive. He is personally responsible for saving my life as he advocated for me in a situation. I highly recommend him.

The same people are always the ones crying everywhere in PA. They seem to feel a Minor Emergency should be as quick as fast food. That is not the way life works. If it's that serious, go to the actual Hospital Emergency, other wise learn some manners, respect, lose the entitlement and be patient. I have been in there multiple times without issue.........Why? because I know people with real injuries need help that takes time, and your strep throat is not life and death. STOP blame-shifting for your own ignorance and being raised with poor manners. So as mentioned, I have never had a bad experience here or any walk-in clinic. I know what real life expectations are vs what the constant complaining majority of the population's expectation is. I'd say who the majority is in PA but EVERYONE knows. I will say this.....that majority, the bulk according to a visual and supported by stats Canada say they are 46% of the population. Stop being the problem. Better yet, if you can do better, open the same business and see what life is actually like.....no constant hand out in the real world for the rest of us. Grow up.

I walked in there and the staff was very rude I was told that nobody was there to see me when I saw multiple doctors. They eventually agreed to see me and oh gosh the wait I experienced was the longest I've ever been. I has made an appointment but apparently that dosen5 mean anything I waited 4 hours for them to twll me I was fine when I had step throat. Very unfriendly staff and definitely not worth the wait

( I Went there for over 15years) That has changed. It’s become probably the worst(biased) walk in clinic in Prince Albert, not because of the doctors but the staff that work at the front, they don’t really care, they will make you wait just because they feel like it. The ignorance they have towards most people is unbelievable. Just snobby people that put on fake smile but really hate being there so make other peoples lives miserable but kinda sad when these people are the face of that clinic. I would rather go to wal mart or the hospital.
It’s the front staff that’s the problem, not the doctors.

I went in yesterday to take my son for a walk in in which I was told it was a two hour wait and the next lady was told half an hour.

Refused me help even though I went at 12 and the doors were open for walk ins, there were only 4 people waiting already sitting down. The lady was rude and bluntly told me “no can’t help” as she rolled her eyes at me. I’ve been going there for years now I am a registered patient. Do not recommend.

I came in at 8:20, I was told a 45 minute wait time. I then was put into a room at 10:20.. 2 hours later.. that is ridiculous!

I guarantee they pay the receptionists extra to be as unhelpful as possible. If you want long wait times (both in person and over the phone), doctors under investigation who still practice, receptionists that hang up on you before blatantly lying about policies, this is the place. Look at the other reviews if you don't believe how terrible this clinic is.
