I’ve paid upfront for a simple process more than what I would have paid elsewhere knowingly (Christiaan's name appeared when I searched for a notary close to my location – I saw his fancy site and I’ve thought he must be good!!!) Christiaan informed me that it would take up to 2 months to complete my request, although I was not convinced that it would take that long I’ve accepted. Five months later and they have not started what we’ve paid for – they’ve blamed the banks and other parties. A lazy notary office which that does not see their work completed until the end. Not accountable.

They don’t answer their phone or return emails! I am not in trouble because of their terrible service and not receiving what I've paid for. Worst client service I’ve experienced so far.

They are so bad and missy at their office; they have included with my documents private belongings for other customers!!! I will return only when they apologize and complete what I have paid for, or refund me money.
