Ordered over 400 sheets of insulation at the Cambridge location to be delivered with a weeks notice was told it wouldn’t be a problem after having guys on site waiting for the materials I called at 8 am was told the delivery would be mid morning by noon I called and was told a manager would call me back an hour later still no call back when I called them back wondering where the material is the lady on the phone whom was trying to help but was unable to assured me that she would do her best to have it delivered to site today if not she would have it delivered in a few trips with a smaller truck the following day. I told her to have her manager call me either way to discuss why this happened About 45 mins later I received that call from this manager saying he would have it out first thing tomorrow morning when I asked him what happened and that I had ordered well in advance to have the materials in time this still happened his response was “well you know how it is” and that’s where it was left we will see what happens tomorrow!

Really nice professional concrete related products.
Example : ACROW-RICHMOND High Gloss sealer (709-30) is awesome for exposed concrete .
Pls check what type of sealer is best for the type of concrete so we dont end up with a bad experience.
