Wholesale has been a pretty decent store, it
has good items for home and commercial use. They have a good selection of meats, produce, bakery and dairy items. Sometimes you can get a pretty good deal. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

This isn’t the stores fault, but for some reason nobody likes to return their carts to the stalls. Really irritating. Watch out for your cars!
I don’t think it’s fair for the staff to always have to gather the carts throughout the whole parking lot.

Wholesale, what is going on with your prices? As I walked around the store, I noticed a mix of good and bad deals. For example, who is paying $57 for around 24 tomatoes? That’s outrageous! As a business that requires a large quantity of produce, it seems impossible to walk out without spending at least $2,000 just on vegetables. The prices were shocking, though I did appreciate the $34 price for a bag of large carrots. However, I won’t be returning. The store’s lighting and the layout of the aisles made me feel dizzy and uncomfortable.

I'd like to share my experience with everyone. I live in a small town more than 3 hours away from Calgary. On May 24th, I purchased some instant noodles from wholesale NE store. On June 20th, I went to the store to request an exchange. The person who assisted me said it was possible, but I had forgotten to bring the product with me at the time. Today, on June 27th, I sent a friend to make the exchange, but the manager was rude and claimed that the product was not theirs. I would like to know where the receipt and product came from if not from your store. If you have the courage, you can scan the code to see if it is your product.

I am astonished by encountering such a manager and business. I wonder where they get the confidence to deceive customers. If anyone knows more about this, please let me know. Are we consumers supposed to accept eating expired food?

We went there at 7:45 and the guy in the front was super rude and stated they were closing in 15 . We managed to finished shopping by 8:01 and went to the cash , the same guy refused to cash us out . There was no one on the sales floor to help us out to find things. Absolutely terrible service. The staff there clearly don’t want to work and have zero work ethics or desire to show customer service.

This is primarily a restaurant supply warehouse with huge quantity packaging. If you want to stock up prices are good on sale items and average on nonsale foods. As a warehouse, it is nothing fancy, no coffee shops or pretty displays, but it serves its purpose. I have never been there when it's busy, so it is a pleasant place to shop and the staff are available and happy to answer questions.

Really Bad customer service by active Manager. We take bowel and went to cashier Naveen price is coming $5.79, we told price is $1.79 if we buy in pack of 4. She said can you take pictures to show out us, she not call even merchandisers to check price. we will take picture and showing out her. After she call another person Jay and I want with him to sawing out price, he also check all product in displays in that section with $1.79. Do the price match they called manager, no one of them apologize for wrong display. They are explaining us barcode is not matching. Barcode description is not readable in displays. Manager ask cashier what is price coming on scanning she said $5.79. She told us to paid $5.79 she saying it is too much price difference.Her attitude like it is our mistake. They guys not ready to even accept their mistakes the display is wrong.

Aayushi been excellent with her services, while waiting to pay for my groceries I noticed a senior was struggling to find something, she took a step forward and helped the couple with dedication and patience…. Good to see and keep it up…
