The clinic is so clean and cozy.

The front reception staff are lovely to deal with, specially Ms. Ardilyn, she’s very helpful even she’s on vacation or day off.

And Dr. Omole so far has been so kind, I love how she smile, you’ll feel welcome and special. Since I am a first time Mom, I have so many concerns about my pregnancy, but she’s been very patient to me. She never invalidated all my concerns and she took care of me at the very last end of my pregnancy journey. When I gave birth, she was very positive that I can do it. I had a great experience with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She’s the best ObGyn Doctor! 🥳

Dr. L Omole gets 5/5 stars from me. He was kind and informative and answered my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Gave me a diagnosis that made sense and was willing to help.

His wife on the other hand, Dr. M Omole gets 0/5 . Felt like I was a waste of her time because I was not a pregnant person. She was an hour late for our appointment. Also, leaving someone undressed in an exam room for a procedure that was unwanted and not booked by the patient, for 30 minutes is unacceptable and unprofessional. Multiple staff members were told how unwanted the procedure was and not one person tried to comfort me or make things better.
Based on other reviews, being punctual is clearly an issue. Maybe consider booking more time for your patients.

Patient privacy is also an issue here as I was left in an exam room for 30 minutes as mentioned, while the clinics internal messaging system was left open on the screen and messages could be viewed if desired.

Extremely impressed with care by Dr. Omole on three separate visits for my teenage daughter and I.
We were scheduled fast and seen on time in her clinic. Greeted with a quiet, warm and relaxing atmosphere, friendly receptionist, and Dr. Omole’s unmatched positivity - this woman exudes kindness and empathy!
Her explanations were clear and very informative, and we were invited to be involved in the decision making for our best care.
Her warmth and professionalism extended in seeing her at the hospital for a procedure.
Would highly recommend Dr. Omole to women of all ages!

It’s beyond frustrating not being heard especially when you wait almost a hour past your appointment time. Dr.Omole didn’t listen to anything I had to say especially when it comes to side effects of medication & just said there’s medication to help with the side affects. So I’m stuck suffering more. 0/10. Wish she would have listened to my concerns but she didn’t seem to care at all

It’s frustrating when you have appointment at 10:45 am and you have to wait 1 hour to see to doctor it’s better to give a later time time appointment. It’s frustrating

Appointment was for 12:15, didn’t get seen till 1:35 and basically got told the procedure i was after wasn’t in the doctors comfort and told to get a second opinion if i wanted otherwise, place is a waste of time if after sterilization even with medical reasons
