I truly believe that all client calls should be returned and this place does not adhere to this standard. I've left multiple voicemail messages and sent one email during these past few weeks and no one returned my inquiry. Finally, I showed up at their office! Very disappointing how they treat clients.

You think you are sitting on a waiting list for years when THEY HAVE REMOVED ME OR DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PUT ME ON THE LIST 🤬 NOT RECOMMENDING. ONE LADIES HUSBAND WORKS FOR THE CAS WHILE SHE IS THE COUNCILLOR THE CAS HAS WILLOWBRIDGE USE AND REPORTS BACK TO CAS 🤬

Terrible - they serviced a family member and they are in my opinion so unprofessional. I'm infuriated with what they did to my loved one in a time of need. I can't say more except I would NEVER recommend their services.
