Anofrii and Sergey came out and installed our windows. They were both very efficient installing 5 windows in 3 days. Of which two were basement windows that they needed to cut out the cement and dig. Couldn't be more happier with the service and the windows. Thank you!!
Also Thank you to Vitalii our sales rep who actually came out to the house and look at the windows. Living outside of town it is difficult to find good, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient services.

Had an amazing experience with Window Mart in Grande Prairie! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The installation of my new doors and windows was handled professionally by the crew Andrii, Sergey, Maks, and Mikhail. They were punctual, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the work is excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished. I completed 9 window installation June of last year. They were completed efficiently and professionally, I was surprised that installation was done in one day!

Now I'm planning to get another two more windows installed.

Vitalie was knowledgeable on all things regarding the windows and I trust his advice and comments. Thanks for all the help!

My advice is to get the quote and confirm early as it took me from January till June to complete installation after I had the quote confirmed. Also some installations are weather dependent and may not be able to be done in winter conditions (i.e. digging a window well)

Vitalie went above and beyond to meet with us and explain all aspects in detail regarding the quality of glass and casing and overall window products, together with the process and what to expect from contract to completion.

He took time out of his long weekend to accommodate our schedule and we are grateful to him for that.

Window Marts products are excellent. Bought 2 bedroom windows a couple years ago and have not had any problems with them. Best windows that my husband and I have ever purchased. Exceptional service, quality products and friendly professional staff. I ordered 9 new casement windows in July 2024 as my old slider windows had build up of frost every winter which impacted my home warmth, health and pocket book. The windows were installed in September by wonderful professional staff who answered all of my questions and did a great job. I really noticed a difference in the warmth of my house especially this month of November which has been very cold- my heating bills are lower, my house is comfortable, warm and air quality has never been better and I have not been sick yet this year (I am usually sick in November every year). When I ordered my windows, I left two original windows because they were never opened so I thought they were fine- last week, I noticed ice build up and they were cold when I passed them- I quickly called window mart, they called back in 10 minutes and scheduled a home visit in 3 business days. Wish I would have replaced them all at once but am happy to receive my last two new windows in the new year. The windows are high quality, the 25 year warranty is unbeatable and the customer service outstanding. I would highly recommend for anyone with older windows, especially very inefficient slider windows which collect ice, mold and moisture too well, to replace with casement windows, its essential in a cold climate which we live in up here in Grande Prairie.
