Could work on the ambiance. It still very much has the industrial vibes as it located in a industrial complex. Nothing like staring up at ductwork and concrete ceilings while getting a massage.

The staff working here were great and welcoming. I used the float tank and they explained it well for my first time doing it.

The RMT for the massage was amazing, and my wife also really enjoyed her facial.

About as relaxing as it gets.

Ambiance is great, staff are friendly & the location is clean.

I went for my first 60 minute float and massage combo this week at Within and can honestly say I left there a very relaxed, happy woman! Once you can fully let your body and mind relax in the float tank, it takes you to a new level of relaxation. I had my massage with Helen. I'm someone who likes deep tissue as I've had back problems most of my life. Helen was amazing and her experience in the field is evident. The pressure was perfect and her hands easily gravitated right to all of the bad spots in my back! I highly recommend Within to anyone looking for a few hours of deep relaxation!

I paid for a float tank session as a gift. The tank was slimy and stinky. I tried emailing them but was ghosted.
What a shitty experience. Go somewhere else because you might get a staph infection here.

Jackie (the owner) made us feel quite welcome and at home for our first time in her oasis. The wife and I went at the same time, alternating floats and massages, and both enjoyed each aspect. Never having tried floating, I found it very relaxing - once I found the optimal position. Jackie has good suggestions for floating both on the website and in person. And she's an excellent massage therapist! Her facility is exceptionally clean and inviting, with teas and water available in the 'rest' area between/after therapies.
One recommendation I would suggest for first time floaters is to call or stop in and discuss the session prior to booking, just to be sure they understand what it entails and perhaps put their mind at ease. Jackie will certainly give you a tour (if she isn't busy with clients).
Great experience - we will be back!

Managed to book a last minute facial today with Holly. It was so great! Between the cleansing, the mask, the steam, the neck massage, the face massage, the scalp massage... WOW!! I have been coming to Within for years and they are always so professional and knowledgeable. The spa is clean and so nicely decorated. I usually book with Jackie but I'm glad I gave someone different a try. Holly asked if I had any questions after it was all over, a nice touch and I was offered a sample of the product that I had loved the smell of when she used it during my treatment. THANKS AGAIN WITHIN 🩷

I'm new to the area and found Within - Life Enhancement through an internet search so I wasn't sure what to expect. The images on google show an industrial exterior. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked up, the outdoor space was very welcoming. It continued as I entered. The environment was peaceful, calm and spotlessly clean.
This was a birthday 'treat' so I indulged in a massage, facial and pedicure. Holly was my esthetician; she was fabulous.
I will be back and would highly recommend!
