I was referred to who I assume is a visiting dermatologist Dr Ferrier. After waiting months for my appointment I was pretty much told what I wanted done takes too long and should have it done somewhere else. (They were nice enough to suggest the specific clinic) was in and out in under 2 minutes. The doctor even said to the assistant how ‘easy that was’

My referral stated clearly what the reason for my visit was. I suppose if they tell me over the phone they have no intension of treating me they couldn’t have charged Alberta Health for the appointment. Way to waste peoples time.

Been here many times before and it's usually pretty good. I get in & out just as fast or faster than if I had an appointment with my own doctor. I know sometimes they get busy and stop accepting patients past a certain time so if they've been open for awhile it's a good idea to call and check how busy they are. We just called to see how busy they were and told them we had to drive from Thickwood. We were told there was only 6 people waiting to see the doctor that was around 7:30pm so that's pretty good right? I mean they're open until 10pm....... So we drove all the way down there only to find them closed up with the doors locked. Gee do you think maybe you might have mentioned you were about to close far sooner then your posted hours say? It was made very clear why we were calling and where we were coming from. Even if we were downtown what did you think we'd show up 2 minutes later? On top of that with 6 people ahead of us and a half hour until you closed, you really think we would have even seen the doctor? Absolutely unacceptable service this time, would be one star if based on tonight.

Worst service ever. I called at 8:08pm asked if they were busy and still accepting patients. The lady on the phone said they weren’t busy at all and accepting patients. I arrived there 8:22pm; Doors were locked and they stopped answering the phones. The clinic doesn’t close till 10pm. This wasn’t just only once this happened to me but 3 times. If you’re going to be an after hours clinic, please be an after hours clinic.

on 2 Jan 2020 @ 8:30 pm, I called clinic and the receptionist said " we are full , not accepting any patients for today" But ironically the clinic is empty with out any patients in the waiting room! The after clinic was earlier in river stone ridge was maintained better than this.
We rely on these after hour clinics as most of us in Fort mc work 12 hours a day and in different shifts. Please manage it well.

Would give a lower score for the doctor if I could. Kind reception, but the doctor was insensitive and made a decision without asking further questions. I felt humiliated that I had to plead my case, so I left instead. It seemed, from his reaction and facial expressions, that he thought I was working the system. I do not recommend going there when your regular doctor cannot fit you in. I was advised to just tell her it was urgent. Basically wasted my time trying to be proactive and not wait too long to speak to someone.

This office is stating online that they are excepting new patients and then when you call to make an appointment, they say they are NOT excepting any new patients!! My mother is 80yrs old and her InRis all over the place, she handicapped and she's puking her food up all the time. She needs 1 doctor to know her system and not a walk in clinic and seeing whose ever on there. Different Dr, everytime!

I think people giving this place a bad review might be mixing it up with another place in town because this place is amazing. super friendly and professional staff, it's clean and accommodating. It's open during office hours as most business's like this are and is located in timberlea.

My wife just went to the location and time said closing at 6 pm today is November 17th 2019, my wife went to this location at 5:30 pm and it is closed. As some people asked. Are you folks ever open? Your suggested timing as you responded to one other person here is not valid either. If your location is building above the optometrist, domino's pizza and Mark's work wear house than my wife would be at the right location. If not than please direct me to a proper location and I will change the rating once we visit. Thank you.
