Every interaction with the staff and doctors has been positive. They are all very welcoming and professional. My medical concerns are taken seriously and discussions on what steps and treatments would be best for me talked through. My mother and my adult daughters are now patients as well! We are all happy that we were able to become part of this clinic .

If something happened with you, at Alberta Health services we can find info what we should do. First Health Link at 811
than family doctor!! After that emergency or urgent care.

But at this clinic, you won’t get timely help because it’s fully booked.
Last time we waited our doctor (Dr. Kufre) for 35 min. You value your own time, but you don’t care about your patients. You’re just plugging gaps in your schedule without any consideration for when it would actually be convenient for the person to come.

They don’t have any priorities—whether it’s a child in acute pain or someone coming in for an introductory visit. There’s no sense of care here. They operate strictly by the book. This is not about customer service.

Doctors spend so many years studying in Canada just to prescribe Advil and tell you to drink water! What is the role of a family doctor? To help, or just to state the obvious—drink water and rest? I can treat people like that too.

This clinic is amazing - the front desk staff is friendly and respectful and Dr Akpan has been fantastic to deal with. Very understanding and always finds an answer to help me out. I can’t thank him enough he’s a good man and super Doctor - it took awhile to find someone like him and I’m very grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help me.

Finally found a wonderful female family physician after years of searching. Dr. Chisom is very thorough, friendly and made me feel welcome and listened to for my first prenatal appointment. While sometimes the clinic does run behind, I don’t mind the wait since I know she is being as thorough with her other patients as she is with me. Care 100% worth waiting for.
Clinic is immaculate, nurses and administration staff is so friendly in person as well as over the phone. Great team with a great attitude towards their patients. I have a few family members and friends who have recently come in to have initial visits with her as their new family physician and they all say the same thing.

Very grateful to the front desk staff for being welcoming and efficient and to Dr. Akpan for his thorough and professional care. The clinic is also a lovely facility. Such an important and much needed addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve been trying to call this clinic for 2 weeks to reschedule a meet and greet, and nobody answers. I’ve left numerous voicemail messages but nobody has returned my calls. Then I get a call a day before my meet and greet reminding me of my appointment. That just tells me they don’t answer the phone and they don’t bother listening to the messages. How can they be a family practice if they don’t answer the phone or respond to your messages? I’ll likely pass on this even though the location is very convenient for me since I live in the neighbourhood.
