Hands down the BEST Ambulatory Services!

We have used a variety of different transfer services for my immobile father but have never had such an incredible experience before. They are efficient, fast and friendly. They maneuvered my father seamlessly and ensured his arrival to appointments. We will NEVER use a different ambulatory service as York Simcoe beats them all!

Your crew, Rachel and Michael were absolutely amazing. They stayed with us for the entire time and then brought us home.

In August, my mother who had been fighting cancer on and off for 12 years needed to be transported to palliative care. I spoke with Joanne who coordinated the transport. I can’t say enough good things about the service they provided for my mother. Matt and Chris were professional, so gentle as they moved her from her bed to the truck, and explained every move to her so she knew what to expect. They cracked a few funny comments which made mom laugh and feel relaxed enough that she had her own sarcastic witty comebacks. Thank you so very much for the amazing service. Keep up the great work. I would refer York Simcoe Transfer to anyone needing top quality of care.

My aunt lives in a long term home that has regularly used York Simcoe Transport Services. She is back and forth from Southlake to her home quite often and has spoken very highly of the company compared to others they have used in the past. Her favourite crew she’s encountered have been Ryan and Arsi. The care and compassion they showed to her as she’s bed ridden was unmatched to any she has had. They always made her transports as comfortable and easy as it gets. Thank you to these guys for what they did and always bringing light to her day 🤙🏼

Remarkable service!!
Recently we needed to transfer my father to a hospice for end of life care. The staff were gentle, compassionate, and so patient. It made a very emotionally difficult time as pleasant as it could be.
A special acknowledgement to Ryan for his kindness.... Definitely over and above.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 99 year old mom. I called 911 as she was having problems breathing and was in obvious discomfort. Two paramedics arrived C Hodgson(25469) and C Gallant (28813). The 2 gentlemen were very compassionate, attentive to my mom's needs, very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to bring my mom to Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. Upon arrival we were told that my 99 year old mom would not be given a bed and that she would have to wait in a wheelchair. There were 50 patients ahead of my mom. Mr Hodgson and Mr Gallant made sure my mom was going to be seen by a doctor and most importantly be waiting in a bed. We are so grateful to these 2 paramedics that went above and beyond to ensure my mom received the best care while at the hospital.
