Pharmacy staff are very helpful! This people work tirelessly 7 days a week just to serve the community that needed this service. Facing different type of customers daily.
Store has many selections from decors to groceries always have sales/discount. You have to go and see it inside. Lots of neat stuff for gifts. They also have lottario and post office.

I went in to talk to the pharmacist about a Rx that was faxed over for my father-in-law from the hospital after he was discharged from the hospital. We had thought there were 2 prescriptions sent over and there was some confusion on our end. I just wanted to chat and was surprised by the reception I received from the pharmacist - rather than simply saying "yeah! only one Rx was faxed over..." and being a pleasant human being, I was met with a rude and kinda confrontational woman. I was just starting to talk to someone at the counter when this person marched over and rudely cut us off and wouldn't even listen to what we were asking. I don't live in Cobourg. But I have told my father-in-law to change drug store. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO BETTER!

Kinda suspicious that random people are giving 5 stars right after people are prompting their concerns.
Seems like they’re trying to feed out any concerns people have.
Absolutely disgusting this company would hire an individual who was present and in charge during the death of a 2 year old.
Why trust them with medications? Who else are they going to endanger?

Went to get medication for my 2 year old. Even though medication is covered 100% under OHIP and I have 100% drug coverage through benefits, you still charged a $2 dispensing fee. That's nothing but greed. Purposefully processed it in a way to get more money. Will never return.
