DO NOT GO HERE!
Horrible customer service.
Called many many time to book an appt for my compression stocking.
6 months goes by and when I walk into the store they told me that the last time I was there It took me months to pay ( which in respect was due to insurance not paying it for a couple months but once they did I then picked them up).
But who says that to a customer.
They don’t call me back because what happened the one time.
That’s horrible.
I’ve moved on.
Hopefully you can sit on this now Yurek!

I was recommended to reach out to Yurek after having a very hard time filling a prescription for my mother. After numerous visits/phone calls to other pharmacies with no luck, one phone call to Yurek put me in touch with someone who knew what we were looking for and was able to begin processing the prescription quickly, which involved a special order. We were contacted once the item arrived and it was delivered that same day. Everyone I spoke with was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help, which was such a relief after initially being at a loss before contacting Yurek. Very grateful to the pharmacy and delivery team.

Recently we have been introduced to Yurek pharmacy and drivers. Awesome transactions and such helpful staff. Always call first to make sure someone would be home to accept medications. Always in their time line. Drivers so cheery which helps stressful days.

If you are on ODSP and need wheelchair repairs, it will take weeks if not months to get done. Even just getting someone to call you back to set up an appointment is almost impossible. Meanwhile our friend who lives in our building and also has a wheelchair with Yurek gets his fixed in no time. Why? Because he pays out of pocket. I get it takes time to get things approved by ODSP but not nearly as long as Yurek will have you waiting. Twice now they forgot to even submit the claim for approval so they had to 'resubmit it' which meant waiting even longer. We have now called three times in two weeks for repairs to be done to my fiance's chair and no response. The lady he talks to always says a tech will call us back soon to set up an appointment but no one does. The first time, it turns out the lady did nothing because when we called the second time the lady said she had no record of the previous conversation/request for repairs. It's just such a damn hassle. I get you are busy with a lot of clients but repairs should be done in a timely manner for safety reasons. Two and a half more years before my fiance qualifies for a new chair and honestly, unless things change big time by then we will be going through a different company for it. So disappointed and frustrated with Yurek.

Yurek mobility is outstanding in service and quality! Chad was so pleasant to deal with and was able to install my 94 year old father’s stairlift quickly after he fell. Our family is so grateful. I would highly recommend this business!

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! If you need your meds on time go to another pharmacy! Staff is completely incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!
