Our twenty-year old air conditioning unit was in need of immediate repair and a call to and response by ZEN-AIR was handled promptly.
It was clear from the outset that the unit needed to be changed. A heart-felt shout out to Andy, the ZEN-AIR technician, who did his absolute best to keep our old unit running during the heat spell we were experiencing, until it could be replaced.
We opted for a heat pump and we couldn’t be happier with our decision and with the whole ZEN-AIR team who installed our new unit.
They were thorough, professional, courteous and simply a great team, which made for a pleasant experience for us from start to finish.

I am extremely impressed by the service I got from Zen-Air! My heat pump needed to be replaced. While waiting for my appointment, they brought me a temporary air conditioner for my house and, on the day of the appointment, everything was done perfectly and with great service. They explained everything about my new heat pump and cleaned everything up perfectly. I highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs!

Zen-air did our HVAC system in our house and we were very happy with their service. They did an amazing job!! They were very knowledgeable, fast and always professional. The project was a big endeavour as we have a three story home; however they were able to get the project done on a timely matter without complication. They also repaired our heat pump, which they did with short notice. We will definitely use their service again.

Zen-Air has been very unreliable in terms of customer service.
They would give an appointment to perform a repair and will not show up. When you contact the owner by phone or text messages, he would not answer or return calls or text messages.
They only seem to be interested in replacing fixable units with new ones even when the issue is minor and easy to fix. They told me my unit should be replaced but it is working very well for the last 2 years and still is.
They also will not show up for annual maintenance of our unit.
I would rather take my business elsewhere.
