They deserve no stars and I totally understand when people posted reviews saying no customer service and they never get back to you. I have been waiting for a quote since the 1st week of December, nothing still. When I called after few weeks he said that Friday. Well I'm wondering what Friday that may be now or what year. It's frankly unbelievable. Covid or not people are still working from home. But I think they are just not working at home. People need things and not getting back to customers is not right. I'm not sure how this business is still in business.

I've called 4 times now expecting a call back nothing. Woman I spoke to messaged rep, nothing, messaged manager nothing, unbelievable, what poor service..... I’ll update review if things change.

Can I give no stars? Absolutely poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Will not follow up on service, very poor follow up on phone calls. Always blame their coworkers for issues, and problems never rectified. If you have any other choice in vendors, do yourself and your loved one a favor and choose the competition!

Very poor service. Not interested in sales. Say they will look into information for you and that they'll get back to you, but never do. Even if you call trying to follow up you get nowhere. I do not recommend this business to anyone looking at purchasing medical equipment.

I had to acquire a special mattress for a totally bed-ridden person. The unit was ordered on Thursday AM and by 1000 hours Friday morning; the unit was delivered and installed. The service was excellent and the service person was very professional and knowledgable.

Great to rent but not to buy! Offered me a rusted worn out wheelchair for $150. I ended up buying the same one brand new elsewhere for not much more than that!
