I researched the company before calling and loved that it was a family run business. When I called, an actual person picked up the phone. Lucy, was kind and helped me with exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating, gave us a great deal and I could have hugged every one of them. These are the people you want to deal with to help, to make things easy and show kindness. A friend recommended Comfort Mobility and I am grateful that they did. John and his entire staff were outstanding in helping me to find products to keep my mom safe and comfortable (wheelchair, transport chair, and hospital bed). John and his team provided friendly and prompt service, helpful information and advice, and delivered products in a timely manner. I was very unsure about getting mobility devices. Cassandra came to my home and made it so simple to get the right products for me. She was helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance policies. I would give Comfort Mobility a hundred stars if possible. I live in northern Ontario and we have 2 similar retailers which told me that they couldn’t order the mattress I require because it was discontinued. Due to back pain, I need a specific mattress and Amanda was able to get it for me. She is so friendly, helpful and very competent. Obviously, she has the resources but more important she was willing to spend a lot of time to find the mattress I need, when others couldn’t. She’s also going to spend even more time arranging to ship it to me 1000 k away. Their prices are very reasonable and their personal service is far superior to anywhere else. Thanks to Amanda’s extra effort, soon I’ll be able to sleep comfortably every night.
