My spouse, Corrie, had been dealing with a couple of sleep centers in the Calgary region. When we moved to Estevan, Corrie attended Careica Health in Estevan. The support of the staff was amazing. Linda was extremely supportive, professional and demonstrated genuine compassion during Corrie’s recovery. Linda’s support throughout the testing of the APAP device enabled Corrie to make an informed decision. Also, we would like to thank Abby for her assistance when dealing with all the applicable documentation. She went above and beyond.

Great experience dealing with Careica Health in Estevan. So customer focused and informative. Made my life much easier as they know what needs to be done to get sleep study, doctor contact etc. Id say if you are new to sleep apenea be sure to contact these folks they will help you understand not only sleep apnea but dealing with doctors, health care system and insurance. They certainly make my life easier:) One visit and everything they take care of you and your needs.

It's my first time to have an appointment at their Estevan clinic and i can confidently say that this is the best customer service that i've ever had. Very welcoming and helpful staffs. Miranda, the nurse who attended to me made sure that i got everything i need especially on giving the important information that i need to remember all throughout my therapy. She even gave her direct contact number in case i need her help. Their kindness and compassion were second to none. Good job you guys!

After being admitted before having my baby I was referred to get a sleep test done. I mentioned this to a coworker who told me that I could go to Estevan to pick up the machine instead of driving 2 hours each way twice.

It was easy to change pick up locations by calling the number and selecting the city option and talking to the receptionist to make a new appointment.

When I picked up the machine the lady in Estevan was very friendly and knowledgeable about sleep apnea. She was kind and made sure she was very thorough with each step of how to use the machine to do the sleep reading.

The staff was knowledgeable and helped identify issues with my sleep. I feel confident that using a cpap machine will be beneficial for my long term health because of them. Unfortunately there seemed to be miscommunication between my benefits provider and I could not secure funding for the machine. The staff is continuing to try and rectify this even though they do not have to. I am thankful for their help!
