I was interrogated by receptionists when trying to make a follow up appointment after seeing one of the practice's doctors in the ER. They wanted me to do a follow up for test results, but it appears it the receptionists that make that call not the doctor themselves.

First, while writing this review I want to say I’m so so sorry for the patients who have had bad experiences at this clinic, I am sorry to hear that people all the way from preborn to the elderly have had their lives in danger because of negligence. Life is precious at all stages and getting good care is important. With that said, doctor offices go through a lot of changes with staff and operations, so as far as my experience at this clinic goes, it’s been very good. I am writing this review in January 2024, I have been seeing Doctor Sabaa since 2023 at my wife’s recommendation and she has been an excellent doctor. My wife and daughter started seeing doctor Sabaa in 2021 when she first came to this clinic and she has had all good things to say about this doctor. I am glad that I switched over to seeing her. She is compassionate, patient, and wise in her field of work. Also, the receptionist that I have been speaking to has been very pleasant to talk to and make appointments with. Again, I am reviewing my experience in this time frame with my family doctor. I am sorry for those who have had bad experiences with other doctors or staff. Bless you and may you find peace and healing. In a way, I am writing this review to give hope that there are good doctors in our community, and Dr. Sabaa is one of them. I hope everyone can find a good doctor like her, I am sure there are others in our town- we all should be able to receive good care and guidance from our doctors.

I want to thank Dr. E. Tsoi for helping me get through my pregnancies. He’s been my Doctor since 2018. My 1st delivery was Emergency C-Section and it was done in regina due to lack of facilities way back in 2018, and because of that i prepared for my recent pregnancy and was ready to go to RGH just because the maternity ward in St. Joseph is not operational yet. Dr. E. Tsoi had explained everything what i want to know for my expected delivery. He also encouraged me to do VBAC if i can, which is also what i want in the first place. Yesterday i was in labour my contractions are progressing really fast. He did not allow me to go to regina anymore and I understood right away that my only option is to go through VBAC because we can’t do C-section here in estevan yet. And it could put me and my baby in danger just in case i cant make through VBAC. But Dr. E. Tsoi and the 2 nurses that assisted him Nurse Chandra and Nurse Ashleigh was so supportive and their encouragement help me get through it. I was so blessed that everything went well. I literally lift up everything to the Lord. I know that everything that might happen I cannot blame anyone because the Doctors and Nurses are not all knowing. I was just really grateful that everything went well. I want to thank Dr. E. Tsoi and the 2 nurses for helping me get through this. And of course my husband who never leave my side.

I am disappointed with this clinic. Since when did they start charging $48 if we don’t have our health card on us? At the hospital they bring up your file no problem. I have never had to pay a fee before when I did not have my card and I have been going to this clinic for many years. Is this clinic a private clinic now? Where does that money go? And not being able to book an appointment with another Dr. besides who is marked as your family Dr. leaves something to be desired. If I am calling to make an appointment there is a reason for it. If I ask to see another Dr. there should be no question!! I was refused an appointment with another Dr. because they were not my family Dr.! My family Dr. was away I should have been able to see a different Dr.

I went to Dr Sarah Tsoi throughout my pregnancy, it was a mistake. When I started labor, I was told that I was not in labor and that my water hadn't broken. I was left with my water broken for 4 days in labor for 4 days. my baby pooped in my womb and my placenta was infected because of the neglect. My baby spent 3 days in the NICU fighting for his life. I do not recommend going here at all.

The few times that I have gone to this medical clinic have been great. The reception staff are friendly and kind. The doctor that I've seen has been great and the wait time is usually pretty quick.

This is the 10 year anniversary year ofy baby's life being taken under the care of dr tsoi (he's a man not Sarah but sounds like they keep the negligence in the family) if anyone else has been affected by this family please reach out to me. Find me on Facebook please!! We need to get these people fired and not allowed to practice again. To many lives have been taken and put in harm's way!!

Don't ever go through the Tsoi doctors, the negligence they show towards elderly people is absurd, Sarah Tsoi almost cost my fiances life after hemridges during labour. If you go to either of these doctors as a pregnant woman or you are in your golden ages Do not go to these doctors
