I have been trying to get support for over 1 year for grief of my husband passing.
They have rebooked my appointment multiple times, I would hate to not have enough knowledge or resources to reach out elsewhere.
I realized that they only have 1 person on staff but to be put off for over a year is absolutely ridiculous and would recommend they search out for more funding for more staff. Also maybe suggest other resources for their patients

Been to the after hours clinic a few times with my son, and every visit they have been kind, help, and understanding. Nothing but but good things to say, especially Dr. Wang. She went above and beyond to provide extra care to me. Thank you!

My experience with Primacare has been positive. I have been connected to counselling and a dietician as part of a coordinated plan to lower my blood pressure (by working on reducing anxiety and adjusting my diet). All practitioners, including my doctor, have been compassionate and helpful. I am seeing slow and steady results. I appreciate the interdisciplinary approach and the team of health care professionals at Primacare.

Have been very unhelpful and accommodating during covid 19. Ignoring phone messages. Not returning call for important situations. Pretty much seems like he had abandoned his patients all together
