I had an infected finger that was getting scarier and scarier. I called Monday when they opened, and after some questions, was given a same-day appointment. I was very happy with the care I received and how seriously they took the infection, consulting another doctor for their opinion.

I called to see if I get a refill by phone because I had a very bad cold receptonist told me there were no appointments available until Dec. 16 so I agreed. The drugstore was kind enough to give me one month of meds. The receptionist asked would I like to call in or visit? I said I would come in at 2pm on the 16th. About an hour later she called back and cancelled my appointment No reason apparently IDK what is wrong with those people. Why are they working there? Why do they have to be so nasty. For xxxxxx sake why can't they just help someone!!!!

I just went to the Annapolis Community Health Centre as it was listed as open from 8am-8pm. However when I got there I was told it was closed. When I called to alert the staff to this situation I was told I should have looked at the Emergency Closures page. I had not known about the page. Maybe the hospitals should address this problem so that the first page of their website is always accurate.

No idea why they built this ‘clinic’ as it has been closed for months and has been frequently closed during my last five years here.

I don’t understand why the receptionists answer the phones without being armed with information. I can only guess the government requires that a receptionist be placed there. They are sound so bored and disinterested when you call them. They are of no help and they don’t care.

I moved here from another province. My specialists all had prescribed medications for me. When I went to see the clinic here, they cut two medication dosages in half because they personally didn’t want to prescribe them. No medical explanation, they just didn’t want to.

They will give you the bare minimum of care if you come in with symptoms. My blood pressure was high. I asked if they could treat it. I was told I’d need a family physician to follow it, they should prescribe it (they know that I don’t have one.)

Amazing staff and service ! Everyone was caring and considerate. Dr. Chris Stone went way above the services anticipated. He politely and attentively answered all my questions and more. Solved three issues in one visit and was back in my car before my appointment time. Awesome reception from all.

I'm not sure if this place is good for normal medical visits. Its Emergency department was not any good for emergency/trauma medicine for sure. I came there at 11:08am and was told that emergency got closed at 11am. One nurse was nice and trying to help, and I think would help, but got shut down by her boss. So I was told to seek help elsewhere (closest hospital is in 45 min drive). Nobody checked if I had anything that required immediate attention, nobody offered me even first aid of any sort. I think if I asked a random person on the street, I'd get more help then that. So, in case of emergency, go elsewhere (Soldier's Memorial hospital in Middletown is much better choice for instance).

I spent over five hours waiting for a prescription renewal. Nobody came to call patients back for nearly two hours. I left empty handed and I have no idea how to get the medication I NEED now since I have no family doctor. Don't waste your time coming here. Nobody will care.

8am means 8am. Staff comes out around 810 then says registration should be here in 20 min... Fix your website hours. Is it 8am or 830am? Horrible service. Here for a cancer patient treatment and they knew in advance we were coming.
