We moved to Yurek from another large chain pharmacy three years ago. For the most part service is good - both pickup and delivery are usually reliable and we have had some pharmacy employees make the effort to meet our requests. My partner and I are both on multiple prescriptions and I stay on top of refill requests, so it’s extremely disappointing and stressful when we encounter avoidable obstacles. In recent weeks, we have had a few issues with wrong meds being issued despite giving the RX number, meds not being ready on time despite days notice and pickup time communicated, and a very rude pharmacy employee over the phone with an unwillingness to fill a prescription one day early to accommodate our holiday travel plans (a request that has been accommodated in the past on a drug we have no history of abusing). I’m giving a three star review because of past experience, however, we are close to changing pharmacies again if we continue to encounter these issues.

What used to be the best pharmacy in town is sadly no longer. Went somewhere else after being the family pharmacy for many years(3 generations have used this pharmacy). Severe lack of communication and mistakes, a call back option that apparenntly doesn't work because they didn't call back, despite leaving 3 requests for call back over 2 days on the weekend. While most of the staff is great, some need some serious customer service training. Got hung up on by a disgruntled employee for daring to want a prescription the same day, which was the final straw. Was better before they joined with Pharma...never had any of these issues before that. The decision to leave was difficult, because we were loyal customers. But level of service, safety, and being able to actually get service when we need it come first.

I don't understand how this pharmacy gets 4 stars. When with group home agency needs meds, prns. They keep messing up and very slow with delivering medication. We have to keep calling to follow up. It's not for me, it's for client. Many homes, agencies need the meds to be on top of their delivering. The delivery and drivers are extremely slow, I think the pharmacy needs to hire better drivers and workers

I switched to Yurek’s in June. I immediately noticed how busy they were and how much hands they didn’t have helping. I’ve had numerous problems with my medications that I have caught. Today, I was shortchange 31 pills on a 90 day prescription which amounted a $1400. I got home and I said, “there’s no way there are 90 pills in that bottle” and I counted them. This was the biggest mistake, ever, and costly. I have now switched pharmacies completely. I’m tired of the mistakes. They are understaffed and lose track of things quickly. They mean well, but just not up to par.

I've been getting my meds for 10yrs now through them. Never had an issue, they contact my doc for script renewal every 6 months and drop off meds monthly without an issue.

I appreciate the accessibility and ease of having a close to home pharmacy, but they are literally never ready with my order... Ever.. at least 7/10 times I have to wait for someone to actually dispense it even though I call earlier in the morning and pick up at 5.. same with delivery, if I relied on them to bring me meds when I need them I'd lose Everytime, they literally never deliver it the day I ask, so why bother asking if I want it (today). Please deal with this, I shouldn't have to wait for someone to divy up medicine that I ordered 8 hours prior.

About a year ago I switched off of my prescriptions over to Yureks as I was experiencing many issues with another pharmacy. I have never had any issues with my prescriptions since changing over.
This past summer, I needed to purchase a walker as I severed the tendon in my hip. The sales people were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to make an informed decision and purchased the proper walker for me.
My dad recently had a stroke. He was released from the hospital yesterday. There was a misunderstanding with the paperwork getting submitted to purchase his walker. Ann helped tremendously yesterday and my dad's discharge stayed on track because Ann made sure we got the walker in a timely fashion. I have been back and forth with trying to figure out how to safely make sure my dad takes his meds. Today, Melanie offered a solution for my dad that has relieved so much stress for me.
I will be a lifelong customer of this pharmacy as the service they provide us unlike any other pharmacy in my opinion.
