Thank you for taking care of my grandma when she was here. Friendly caring staff in a new building. Large individual rooms. Good quality food catered to the residents. Meal times were supervised. Common room with TV and books. Weekly games, doctor visits, and planned activities. During Covid times, all visitors were tested to keep residents safe and isolated when sick.

An Outstanding Home for Seniors in SO many ways!

My previous work life has taken me to numerous Long-Term Care Homes so I feel I can say from experience that the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre is like a 5-star hotel for seniors! The home is clean, bright, open, and very inviting with wide hallways and high ceilings. The Rooms and washrooms are very spacious and well kept. They have a variety of meal options, and the resident is even given choices to select from. The home has a dental clinic and hair salon on site which makes it much easier for the resident to receive these services.

It is quite evident that the goal of the Mon Sheong Stouffville LTC Centre is to provide in every way possible a comfortable, friendly, stable, and safe environment for their residents. This is quite apparent when you meet their staff and Care Team. The 5th Floor West Wing Nursing staff are absolutely amazing. They are caring, attentive and encouraging with the residents during meals, social activities and when attending to their everyday needs as well. One can see that staff at the front reception, in Social Services, Dietary, Physiotherapy and Security are all dedicated to not only enhancing the life of the seniors but also providing comfort to the families. The home is blessed with having Dr. Hilda Lim as their physician. She cares about the residents, and it really shows. Everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with has been patient and compassionate with our inquiries and needs for my mother-in-law.

Anyone who has had to transition a senior to a LTC Home knows that it is not an easy task, but I can say with confidence and experience that the Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre and its staff strives and succeeds at making this as smooth a transition as possible.

Stouffville Mon Sheung Long Term Care has a very nice environment. Rooms are spacious and have a big window. Staffs are very nice and they take good care of the residents. They also have many activity programs. Parking is free.

New long term care home recently built. The facilities are bright, clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are English-speaking with some Chinese-speaking staff. All the staff seem to genuinely care and try to accommodate special requests when possible. Facility outbreaks are communicated in a timely manner and safety measures are quickly put in place to prevent spread. There are also regular check-ins with the residents and family members to ensure that the residents are receiving the support services they need.

Management team and frontline staffs are really nice and helpful. They are devoted to taking care of seniors. Asian food is delicious, also with western choices. The facility is great, both public areas and resident rooms are really spacious.
