I have brought my senior kitty to this clinic several times now and met many of the staff. Any time I have called or had an appointment I have been treated with such compassion during some of our most stressful moments. The vets have always patiently answered my lengthly list of questions and kindly explained terms I didn't understand. They welcomed us as clients when no vet in our local area would see my sick kitty. They always do their best to get us in as quickly as they can and never make us feel rushed. Molly and I are very lucky to have such an excellent group of vets and clinic staff in our corner. Thank you Central Nova!

I had the misfortune of having three visits in one month. Once for each of my pets. One of the visits was an emergency visit. They gave Delilah the best possible treatment and if it wasn't for their quick action, I don't think Delilah would be with me today. Thanks so much to all the staff I dealt with for all three of my girls. Super thanks to Dr Babineau and Dr Macpherson for being Delilah back from the brink.

Beyond happy with our vet and the clinic! I've been taking my pets to this clinic since I was a young teenager. Specifically Dr. Babineau has been our doctor, showing empathy, kindness, and treating us fairly. She gives options and talks them through with us. She never makes me feel uncomfortable. The team at the clinic is also very considerate and kind. I appreciate that they have a section for cats to wait, with calming blankets if needed. The wait time is never long, but it's a great option. My pets have always loved Dr Babineau, which is super important. Thank you to the whole team, you make caring for our pets an easier process.

Dr. Zwicker helped my pet who' health went from normal to worst overnight! she squeezed us in at the drop of a hat! my lovie had a bad respiratory infection and was barely breathing when we showed up. It was so sudden! They treated both as a precautionary and she was prescribed antibiotics and pain management medicine. within 36 hours the wheezing has significantly decreased and my fur baby is eating again!!! i am so grateful! thank you DR. Zwicker and Central Nova Animal Hospital!
