I’ve been a patient at this office for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend them enough! My doctor is kind, patient, and truly understanding. He takes the time to answer all my questions, so I always leave feeling informed and cared for. The entire staff is amazing—hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated. They’ve been our front-line heroes, and I’m so grateful for everything they do! Thank you!

I’m 38 bin going here my whole life DR. Hunter birthed me back in the day when DR did everything. DR.Kim took over he’s a wonderful DR friendly and not to quick to over medicate unless medically necessary and open to other options. The staff are wonderful especially the needle nurses. You got problems with the office staff you try working in there shoes. I think they are doing a great job and are wonderful staff. Thank you for being wonderful!!

The doctors are great if you can get a hold of them. The receptionists don’t answer the phones ever. It take weeks to try and get one to answer the phone to set an appointment.

Dr. Mee has always been fantastic with me. Thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Reception used to be absolutely terrible but has improved in recent years which has made for a better experience. Hours of operation are pretty ridiculous however. Less than 30 hours a week open to patients is far less than merely inconvenient, as many people may not work the traditional 9-5 and/or cannot be leaving work to attend an appointment.

The doctor was great, but trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment took 30 minutes.

I love my doctor but the receptionist is absolutely awful. The phone is always busy whenever you try to call, you have to spend a good hour or two just to get through most days. Yet when you're in the waiting room they're never on the phone? Seems odd for a place that is apparently so busy. I recommend calling in the afternoon if you can wait that long to try to book an appointment, you MIGHT get through. Definitely faster going to a walk in clinic if you need to see a doctor that day. When you are lucky enough to get through to one of them they are rude and impatient, definitely not the type of person who should be working in health care.
The only redeeming quality of this establishment is that the doctors themselves are fantastic, very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you may have about your health.

In short, if you are willing to put up with a terrible receptionist in return for exceptional doctors then I definitely recommend Belmont Family Medicine. If the minor inconvenience of having to deal with the receptionist is too much for you, then perhaps you should change doctors. Because it doesn't seem to be changing any time soon.

How do I put a ZERO star. I have been a patient of this office for 36 years. 2 doctors later and Dr. Mee a rookie in his profession becomes my GP. Great. This doctor forgets to book major appointments after a MVA. He fails to read charts when you have spent weeks waiting for an appointment. He lets you leave in pain with no course of action whatsoever. I had seen him recently about a problem that landed me in the ER. Instead of taking me seriously and looking at a simple blood test, I was told
nothing was wrong and I should now schedule and appointment with my GI as he doesn’t know what to do. Guys just stops doing his job. I then get a call from a specialist I am seeing stating that I have a bad infection and I would definitely need antibiotics. HOW IS THIS OK!!! Just poor poor professionalism on his part. When I’m there I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. The big white receptionist is also awful at communication and shouldn’t be in a profession where speaking to people that need help is the task. The receptionist even had the audacity to try to tell me I didn’t have an infection like she’s a doctor then denied me being able to speak to the nurse about it, because any patient knows doctor Mee books 3 weeks out! Such a sham of a place. Crooked, rude and unprofessional is the least of it. If you want to live your real life , don’t come here to see dr. Mee.

The doctor himself is not the problem. The issue is poor reception staff and horrible phone etiquette. I have been trying to call back, as prompted to, to discuss my test results...and I have been calling since the morning and it is now 3pm and still getting a busy signal. If you want your patients to call you back then actually answer your phone or have a separate line directly to the nurse. Or better yet, try email as it is 2019.
