I had an excellent experience at Hamilton's LivingHope Vision Clinic. All the staff were welcoming and attentive. Dr. Jang & James were thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the lens & eye exam results. They have a wide selection of stylish frames and helped me find a suitable pair. My daughter and I had a great experience here. It was her first eye exam and the doctor was fantastic with her! She had fun and can't wait to go back next year for her next eye exam! The optical department was informative, patient and helpful. We both had our new glasses quickly and will definitely be back.

I found this clinic by google and recommended group of parents of special needs children, and they recommended Dr.Li specially as she’s very well in communicating with children specially with Autism, she’s really good doctor with remarkable patience and even the front desk is helpful for scheduling all the appointments for us and they’re helpful and understanding.

Specially I would recommend Dr. Katrina li for special needs children who needs vision therapy because she understands the need of every kid and studies the case really well and makes a good future plans for them to improve.They helped us so well that my child is now aware of the surroundings more and likes to communicate with people and he wanna know more about what’s going on around him, which is a really good improvement for us. Previously he was just being in himself and doesn’t want to talk with anyone and i’m happy to see him communicating with people.

Still we’re on therapy with them and we highly satisfied with service they provide, and improvement we made through the journey of vision therapy.

I have followed this optometrist for over six years and even after she moved from Eastgate optometrist to her own private practice. Very queer friendly. Very respectful towards low-income clients. Everyone here is warm and pleasant to be around. I have recommended this clinic to others, including family who've had nothing but great experiences. I'd never hesitate to recommend someone here.

Our experience at a living hope was remarkable. My son who usually dislikes getting his eye tests, enjoyed the process with Dr. Li who was kind, warm, accommodating , thorough and generally patient with him.

I had an absolutely fabulous time at LivingHope Vision Clinic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
