The start wage is incredibly low, compared to the wage in Alliston. They do the exact same thing just 30 minutes away for $8 more an hour. You’d be a fool to chose $18 an hour over $26

The team leaders and supervisors are great, upper management and HR doesn't seem to have it together. You should check out their WSIB statistics, definitely a lot of accidents going on in there. The lack of cleanliness is really a worry when it comes to manufacturing medical supplies. They supposed to use hand sanitizer as part of the clean room gowning process but it was rare to find and if you did find it it was brown and smelt terrible. If you have any mental health issues don't apply for a job here, my son had a 72-hour hold at RVH and they let him go a couple days after returning.

I worked in the company for a year and 3 months.
This is a wonderful company to start with in Barrie.
I have seen the ups and downs of the company. And still they are doing their best for everyone in the company.
Every employee in that company made me feel so good and it really felt like a family. Each supervisor in each shift are so good in handling every line and team members.
Everyone had thier own experience with this company. But this is mine.
I would never complain about the company or the management. They are striving to improve in every aspect.
